Gave me wrong account smh. Currently trying my best to contact them but they only contact you once per day and then they won’t write back. I’ll change it to good once I get a better account

Dont get me wrong you guys have a really safe shop but the comunication is a bit off i did write u on whatsapp like 20 messeges and nobody answert back for 3 days that was my only problem

good and didnt scam took a little bit to come but just wait and have patiance

Service took long, I always have to bother the support to actually receive my account. And they market accounts that are already sold which means you can get your account stolen

Second time I’ve bought from them and even though the password was wrong at first, the support swiftly responded with the correct password and resolved my issue!

My Account was not working and then i wrote the support and they gave me a new one.verry good support!!

It seems sketchy at first. Got an email and password but the email didn’t exist so I was like yeah I just got scammed but somehow I contacted support and they helped me into a account. So at first you might have problems and as somebody with anxiety it will suck but it’s worth it. I just bought a cheap $35 account to test and now will be buying a $200 one

had an issue obtaining the account, got in touch with a nice chap called danny who was able to fix the problem for me and gave me a better account than the one i ordered

Didn't quite get the account that I ordered. Also had some suspicious activity on the account once I received it. Contacted support and was ghosted.

My back ups codes from the account i bought didnt work so i contacted and got a New account instaat. Very good service!

I bought an account but received another one which I think is worth less then the account I payed for. However, after some contact with them they fixed the problem and did this without any trouble.

I bought an account, and it worked for the first day I received it. The next day, the account was locked. I contacted them on their Instagram, and they made me wait an extremely long time to fix the issue. It took them a long time to respond, and when I confronted them about this, they gave me bogus responses as to why I couldn’t get a refund. They said that I couldn’t get a refund because there wasn’t a way to prove that I didn’t contact Supercell. I literally contacted them first thing after I had an issue. I followed all of their precautions and complied with everything, and even after all of that, they kept coming up with reasons as to why I couldn’t get a refund. I am warning you, DO NOT BUY ACCOUNTS FROM THEM. When something occurs on the account, and you ask for a refund, they will come up with reasons as to why they won’t refund you no matter what. I also asked for a replacement account instead of a refund, and they just replied with a non-answer, if they ever tell you they are investigating your issue I would just give up.

Edit: Their response just goes to show how they will do anything to not give you a refund or an alternate account. They literally waited until the account was banned (the account was most likely banned because nobody proved who the real owner was) to respond to me; I would be glad to show a receipt that the account was originally locked.
