Loved working with the great team at Quontic Bank. If you are self employed and looking to refinance a home or investment property they are simply the best.

Awful; I have perfect credit and lots of liquid assets. Was denied an application for a money market account with no reasons given. When contacting support they were no help, simply telling me to apply again in 6 months. I asked to delete my account and I would go elsewhere, they refused to comply and kept sending me the link to their terms and conditions I agreed to when I applied. I referred to the section that says I can revoke consent after application submission to retain/use any of my information. Round and round. This was all AFTER I had entered my full linked banking information from another institution, that they can retain for 5+ years! Seems like just a scheme to me.

I needed to refinance my home as a result of going through a divorce. I needed to get my home in my name.
Because of the nature of my work, I needed a bank that would really work with me to prove my income.
From the very beginning, Marcello walked me through the loan process, step-by-step. I was so thankful because I felt overwhelmed while going through the divorce.
After the initial step in the loan process, Ray and Patricia took over and guided me. However, Marcello still was there to answer questions if I needed it. This was very important for me.
I cannot tell you how thankful I am to all of these people for the professionalism, kindness, consistency, and detail to attention.
This process literally changed my life and gave me the freedom I needed to live a wonderful life. Thank you to Qubonic Bank, and all the wonderful people that make it a wonderful bank. They worked hard and were on my team every step of the way to get me the financing I needed and to get me approved. I will always be grateful!

Still unable to sign in to my account. I have $500 deposited in an account, wanted to add an additional $10500, but am unable to access my account. I think that at this point, I will simply work at getting my funds returned, but I don't know how to access my account.

I would like to start of by thanking Marcelo, Ray and Patricia for making the mortgage process easy. Great communication and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage. Especially if self-employed.

Cory Graciano at Quontic Bank made the usually frustrating and tedious process of securing a Home Equity Loan totally painless! I will be recommending him to any family or friends moving forward, whether they are first-time homebuyers or looking to refinance. Cory was knowledgeable on all the loan products that could suit my individual needs. He was straightforward, honest, and completely transparent about the process. Throughout the entire process, he remained communicative and answered all of my questions (often anticipating them). I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with him. 

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My husband and I applied for a home loan with Quontic Bank Jan. 2025. They began to piecemeal the documents that they needed. For example: They would ask for our homeowner's insurance, pay stubs, etc. The next month, they had a new list of requests. After a few months we were frustrated, wondering why they didn't request for everything at one time. They pulled our credit in Jan., March, & June. We provided EVERYTHING that they requested, and we were told that it looked good. We were led to believe that things were going well. We were clear to close. I checked my credit in June and saw that something was placed on my credit that I needed to dispute. My credit score dropped & my husband's credit score dropped some as well. Once that happened, we were all of sudden denied the loan. We feel that we were strung along for months with NO transparency. Our credit score was fine 6-months ago when the process started. Even one month ago. We are extremely upset and frustrated because we Know that it doesn't take any bank 6-months to complete a home loan process.

We have wasted money, because we paid for 2-home appraisals. We have wasted time. By now, we could have gone to another banking institution and been done with this process.

i was not too familiar with the Quontic Bank name at first, but their products for alternative type borrowers are attractive and appropriate for today's environment. It's a big plus --My mortgage consultant, Cory G, was exceptional, which made the process even smoother. I highly recommend them.

My mortgage consultant was Marcelo Bianchi-Montana and he was fantastic from the start answering all my questions and treating me like family. I also worked with Patricia Almodovar and Vasiliki Athanasopoulos and they were also fantastic. And to close it all off Ray Duran was great and knew the perfect time to lock my rate. Thank you all again and definitely recommend this team.
