I purchased a Quorion cash register in Malta from Intercomp in March of 2020. We were in lockdown ( covid restrictions ) for the following 4 months. It was in minimal use for 5 months then unused during the winter months as my business is seasonable. After using it for the following summer it was then turned off for the winter months. Now it doesn’t turn on at all! I contacted Intercomp the seller and was advised they are no longer dealing with this company or its products.
Upon contacting the new ‘agent’ who is the person who sold me the product, I was informed, that the battery was no longer functional and needed replacing. A €30 fee was requested for ‘inspection’ plus battery plus labour and VAT.
I was told the register needed to be plugged in permanently, even though unused for months in the off season!
This is for a cash register used less than 12 months in total and with minimal sales.
My previous cash register lasted 20 years not less than 2!
I would therefore not recommend this brand, company or agent, as I expected a quality product such as this to last longer than it has!

Als Quorion-Händler sehe ich nicht nur die Anwendungsseite, sondern auch die Administration und Konfiguration. Letztere ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dann aber überzeugen die Stärken bei weitem. Das brilliante und sehr präzise Touch-Display wird von allen Kunden geschätzt.
Spannend ist die echte Zweisprachigkeit wenn die in anderer Schrift benötigt wird, z.B. koreanische Schrift (Hangul) oder chinesisch. Das habe ich bisher bei keiner anderen Kasse gefunden.

Regional Business Systems was looking for a POS suited for small retail and food and beverage operations to capture that niche market. The Quorion Q10 has done that for us with confidence. Our clients are happy and quite satisfied with its operation as it gives them similar results that are achieved from lots more significant and branded POS systems.

Convenient and fancy enough POS systems for this timelapse

I have been using Quirion Qtouch10 for the past 3 years and have found the systems to be very comfortable and easy to use for our cashiers. We even managed to translate it into Russian on our own so everything is clear and opensource.

I would highly recommend these POS systems to everyone for long-term use.
