I had a very frustrating situation with a particular insurance company who were simply not being helpful at all. It felt like I was hitting a brick wall every time I tried to make progress. Then along came Tara. She stepped in with her knowledge, experience, and determination, and honestly, she worked pure magic. She handled the situation with such skill and professionalism that I was left completely relieved and genuinely impressed.
