My 14 year old son has just completed the 12 week online touch type course as part of the skills section of his Bronze DodfE award. The communication from Clare and Philippa was excellent and everything he needed was sent well in advance ready for him to start his first lesson. He was well directed during each session and always knew what he should be doing both during the lesson and for ‘homework’. His typing has improved greatly and he now has a valuable life skill and a completed section towards his DofE award. Highly recommend.

My daughter really enjoyed the course and felt that the Zoom format worked well. She also thought that the class size was just right. Overall a great way to learn an extremely useful new skill.

My daughter completed a 12 week course for her skill part of her bronze D of E award scheme. As a recently diagnosed dyslexic it was a great skill to learn and the remote access was perfect during lockdown.

This course was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The communication from QWERTYkids was brilliant and any issues we had (our WiFi wasn’t playing ball and we had some problems in our house with the setup!) along the way were resolved very quickly and in a friendly but professional manner. I would really recommend this course for the DofE skills section.

Two of my daughters (aged 11 and 14) have spent the last six Saturday mornings online with a few of their friends doing a QWERTYkids course and they have LOVED it! The teaching is so enthusiastic and both Clare and Philippa made it so much fun for the girls. It’s such a useful life skill to have at their age too - one of them used to type like a pigeon but now she’s like Woody Woodpecker! Highly recommend the course and thank you so much.

We have tried, many times, to improve our childrens' typing skills and have embarked on different typing programmes, including the programme used by QWERTYkids. However, having two focussed hours, every day, with exceptional teaching has made all the difference. I can't recommend this course highly enough. A perfect holiday project during Lockdown.

My son Eduardo who is not the keenest in doing course over half term did the qwertykids intensive course and really enjoyed it! Every morning for 5 days he will be sat in front of the pm ready to start the lesson without me saying it.. miracles do happen!! Haven't seen him type yet but his report says 15w per minute which I guess is good for his age-9.

Thank you for your support for our son during this course. We were impressed by both the training support and the effort you put in up front to prepare and send the keyboard and the colour coded labels.

A really engaging programme used for the skills section of Duke of Edinburgh. The timing of the course each week worked well with school hours and the activities kept my 14 year old son engaged (not easy!). The tutors were friendly, supportive and really interactive during the sessions. Definitely recommend.

Due to my son's terrible hand writing he may need to use a laptop at school so we came to Qwerty Kids to improve his typing skills. It has been brilliant, even over Zoom they managed to maintain a group feel and they are there through every minute encouraging and helping. My son's technique has improved immensely and he now has the tools to continue to develop his typing speed. Bravo!

The course was absolutely brilliant - not only did my kids make incredible progress in such a short time but Clare and Philippa made it a lot of fun - so much so the kids are still happily typing away at home! I highly recommend.

Great course and really beneficial to our children as they are using computers a lot more in the classroom.

Both our sons enjoyed their QWERTYKids experience - the teachers are knowledgeable & very supportive and most importantly make the whole process fun & enjoyable. Their newly acquired touch typing skills have really helped them this year particularly due to all the home schooling they were doing with all work being submitted via computer.

My daughter completed QWERTYkids touch typing course for her Duke of Edinburgh Award and absolutely loved it. For a teenager, the remote course was perfect and she really enjoyed the sessions, led by informative, encouraging teachers, whilst at the same time learning an invaluable new skill.
