Front lip install
I booked my car in with R44 to have a front lip install. R44 was only 10 minutes from my workplace so I booked it in with them during my lunch hour. They was waiting for me to arrive ans able to complete the job within the quoted time. Install was professional and care was taken with my car. I didn't even have enough time to check out the shop cars. I'll have to buy something else to make another visit.

If I buy the item by shopify, r44 don’t need to contact me and say to me to cancel the order make the order by bank transfer. For me was more easy by the app. And not lose my time call r44 until they confirm me the payment.

I am back in the BMW world and have never purchased anything from R44, to be honest I didn’t know they were located in Great Britain. I was worried after I placed my order it would take a while to receive but it came in quicker than most places I order parts from in the USA, shout out to R44 for delivering on there promise of fast deliveries, I will definitely be ordering more parts!

One of, if not the best for performance upgrades
The guys were awesome. Quick to respond to messages, explained what they were doing on the day and how long it would be. They also took the time to show me what they had done and how to use the different parts/maps added. The waiting room is also great for the car lovers.

I can see the team did get in touch with you the day after your order was placed informing you the badge would take 1-2 weeks to arrive as it was on backorder with BMW.
Your part was shipped within this time frame but held in customs for 2 weeks. We do try and make the process of international shipment as smooth as possible, but we cannot unfortunately control how long customs takes to release packages going into your country.
I see your badge was delivered shortly after this review and I do hope the quality was able to give you some more faith in us!
We value our feedback and are always working on how we can improve international shipments to bring these delays down for many, many customers. We hope you will allow us time in the future to change your opinion.
