The garment I purchased was advertised as silk, but was in reality cotton or viscose. When I spoke to the customer service rep, he berated me and told me the company does not sell any silk garments. Then he proceeded to shout a discourse about pure silk. I asked him why the website says the garment is silk and he had no answer. They do not record their customer service calls and when I asked if I could record the call he refused and hung up. Very rude and upsetting. I expected more based on reviews and their presence at Nordstrom and Macy's. That said the garment is stitched nicely and the fit is good. Hence the 2 stars. Just did not receive what was advertised as "luxurious silk". They will refund but demand the customer pay for shipping. I have reached out to the founders Shreya and Axi on social media regarding the upsetting customer service experience. I hope they will investigate and improve the experience.
