Lawrence attended my address and dealt with the problem The alert warnings on my dash vanished fairly quickly but my dash was still displaying the need to add ADBLUE way after we filled the reservoir His recommendation to run the engine at 2500RPM for 25 mins or so was not taken up but within a few miles of driving the alert system returned to normal and has remained so The prevailing weather while Lawrence was working was dreadful

Mechanic was super friendly. Very helpful. Told me everything he did and couldn't do. Announced the previous day that he'd be a little bit late and for that knocked off £15. Overall a really good experience 👌🏻

The mechanic came within an hour, was kind, helpful and made arrangements for a new battery to be brought and fitted next day. The second RAC man was equally kind and efficient and I was very happy with the service.

I had advance warning that the mechanic was on his way. The job was completed successfully and without issues.

Ollie was just great. called the day before to confirm timimgs and to ask if there was any specific things required for the service.
Arrived punctual,very experienced, skillful and just got on with the job.
Once completed went over all the items he has done and any advisories for next time.
Really nice job.

The 2 mechanics Paul and Michael were great but the first 2 hours of our breakdown were horrific 2 80 year old people stuck on a main road ,someone ringing ro say they would be with us in 20 minutes several times he rang but never turned up I rang the number.that he had used only to be told it was unavailable .we were disgusted

The contact from the RAC Rescue Team was impressive. We felt cared for and very well served.

Daniel was the mechanic who came to our rescue and he was outstanding. Reassuring, professional and helpful - he made the whole experience so much better.

There was even a follow-up call from the RAC Team to ensure that we were safely home.

Lastly, the mechanic who came to fix our car at home, was also amazing. Efficient, knowledgeable and unobtrustive.

At the weekend the drive belt snapped on my Mercedes and RAC came out super fast to recover me. When they picked me up they offered to arrange a mobile mechanic to come out and take a look for me. Ross Thompsett (8797) came out today and sorted everything out for me. No fuss, no dramas and he was polite positive and professional. I’d recommend RAC mobile mechanics any time!

The mechanic came on time and did his job alright

The fault was fixed but it did take rather a long time.

Shaun 8388 came out and fitted battery in record time. Phoned to say he would be out within the hour at 10.32 and arrived about 11.20ish.

Informative as said I had a 3 year warranty on the battery good to know.

Jack (8020) handled my car service and was excellent throughout. Really patient with all my questions and explained everything clearly. Great experience.
