Ordered a Cup from RachelsCupsCustoms she made the cup on Tiktok live in front of 900 people. i felt humiliated and bullied by the trolls and rachel whilst she was making my cup by then i couldn’t request a refund cup was already made.

tried to ask for a refund via email no reply.

my experience has been terrible and has made my Anxiety very high have even lost sleep over this due to stress of it all.

i suggest anyone who buys from rachelsCupsCustoms to be cautious and wary as she’s not a very nice person.

They cats sleep on boxes where package is used for product and the cats have worms. very concerning. if i had known before ordering i wouldn’t have ordered.

Where shall I start !! Do not buy from Rachel Skinner. Her customer service and her attitude is absolutely shocking, talks to people on her tik tok live stream like dirt, and if you complain on her live or by her business email she blocks you. Her hygiene is discusting, eating over customers orders and allows her cats which both have worms and in season to walk all over her desk where she's making the cups. My cup arrived with a cat hair on, and the box damaged and tape all coming off the box. So be careful ordering from her, as if you don't recieve your cup.or arrives damaged she will just block you thinking your a troll. Rachel skinner is one to avoid, lacks customer service, no hygiene to the business at all, has cats with worms walking all over her stuff. Talks to people rudely and blocks any negative comments. Constantly seen wiping her sweat away with her clothes and then touching products without cleaning her hands wipes her hands through her sweaty hair or touching her nose and then carrying on. Absolutely disgusting business owner. And when things are missing from orders she blames her suppliers who are temu, shein, ali express and home bargains. Talks very inappropriately on an app that statts from 13 years old and not to mention all the abuse shes given to disabled people and people of different races. All has been documeted on her lives for people to see. Avoid this womens company like the plague

Please avoid at all costs she doesn't respond to emails my parcel arrived and the box was open where she only secured the box with thank you tape . The decals have fallen off . I have tried to contact this woman many times but she doesn't reply to anyone .

Absolutely shocking woman running this business on TikTok through Shopify. Cats roaming all over the work space with visible worms wriggling around their back end. Cups made for children with unsealed stoppers on the bottom major hazard all in all a very shabby set up with little to no levels of hygiene. The woman herself Rachel Skinner is the rudest most arrogant person who bullies and mocks people asking genuine questions or coming with complaints as she doesn’t respond to emails. I’ve witnessed shocking behaviour from herself and her live supporters who she encourages to laugh and bully people with issues after receiving badly made, filthy products or products damaged or not received! Stay well away from this company unless you want to part with money and then be blocked if you need help with any after sales. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I dont know where to start. First of all my cup came packed appropriately. However upon opening the parcel and viewing my purchase I found a few issues. The vinyl decal was peeling off. There was no straw and the cup was dirty inside and out.
Having looked further into this lady, it appears her hygiene levels are shocking. No hand sanitising, no hand washing, eats and drinks over customer order, wipes her face and nose on her hands, no sanitising. Allows her cats to sit on her work surface all while she makes these cups. I have contacted her twice regarding the issue and I have had no response. Please avoid at all costs.
