My experience with Radial Code has been extremely disappointing. The management pressures students to work late hours, often from 2-3 AM, which is not only unreasonable but also detrimental to both physical and mental health.

Moreover, the company doesn't respect personal boundaries, involving themselves in personal matters that are completely unrelated to work. This creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone, especially students who are looking for a healthy work-life balance.
