Radiancedoors Reviews

My whole experience with radiance doors was flawless from start to finish. Richard came to do my quote and was extremely knowledgeable and no pressure, Claire was very helpful and kept me well informed of the progress and the guys who fitted my door were extremely professional, efficient and tidy! Thank you so much for your great work, I absolutely love my new front door.

We would highly recommend Radiance Doors. We've just had all our windows replaced and new front and back doors. The service from Claire and Richard from start to finish was excellent and Tom and Dan who fitted the windows really looked after us and our house. We couldn't fault anything and are really pleased with our new windows/doors!

I just wanted to thanks Claire, Richard and your team for a fantastic job. Not only are our windows great and fitted very neatly your team worked hard to support us through the process which was more complicated than any of us anticipated.
We really appreciated that you were able to fit on the weekend to reduce disruption. Thanks as well for taking great care to cover everything with dust sheets and to clean up perfectly afterwards.
Thanks again I have no hesitation in recommending you and your team.

From my initial contact the service was excellent! Every member of the team were faultless & the new door is just what we wanted & fitted to perfection. 😊

So pleased with my front door. The work has been completed to an extremely high standard. The workmen were very quick and professional and fitted the door to an exceptional standard. I was amazed by how well they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them and the price was extremely competitive. Sylvia

Excellent service from start to finish from the Radiance Doors team who squeezed us in before Xmas as we were desperate. It’s not very often that you just know the service from a company is going to be brilliant and that’s exactly what it has been.

We were kept up to date on progress by the lovely Claire, the fitting team were very professional and very tidy. They couldn’t do enough for us.

Our new door looks amazing, we are thrilled. We wanted to keep it local and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Beyond brilliant. An excellent customer experience from start to finish. The team were in regular contact throughout. The fitters were conscientious and professional - you wouldn’t even know they’d been. I would highly recommend Radiance Doors.

Had patio doors installed were there was a window previously. The wall was cut out and the door installed within the day and the result was great. The lads tidied up after themselves as they went along and although a messy job, the place was left clean and tidy. Excellent product and great fitting team.

Radiance doors were recommended to me by a member of the family who have recently had their windows and doors replaced by them. The service from initial enquiry to completion has been first class in every respect and I am absolutely delighted with my new front door, rear door and patio doors fitted by this fantastic family run local company.

I first met Richard from the company when he visited us to talk about our options for replacement doors and patio doors. Richard was very knowledgable, professional, patient and friendly. He took time to go through what products would best meet our requirements and having taken some measurements left us to take time to think about what we wanted and to discuss it with our family. It felt so reassuring to be left to think things over without any pressure whatsoever.

The quote from Richard was very competitive and having placed our order Claire kept us up to date about the progress and to arrange a convenient date to fit them. Claire was always very friendly and informative.

Tom expertly fitted our doors and tidied up everything, if it wasn't for the lovely doors we wouldn't have known he had been. Again a very friendly and professional craftsman who clearly takes great pride in his work.

I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the doors which look fantastic and are so smooth to open and close.

I can't thank the team enough for the great service provided. I highly recommend using them and have already done so to my neighbour who has been admiring my front door this week.

We had several UPVC sealed units which had failed and needed some trim replacing around the windows. We asked radiance doors to look at the work from a reccomadation from a friend. Richard ( the owner )came to look at the job,he was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He gave good advise and made some good, saving ideas. The quote was sent the very next day as promised and was concise and very well laid out,it was also very competitive. When the guys came to perform the work, Tom ( Richards son ) and Ben arrived with everything they needed. They were very professional from the second they started, removing their shoes when they came in ( without be asked) to cleaning every spec of dust inside and outside. All the windows and frames were cleaned and couldn't tell they had been. I will not even ask anyone else to look at any of my jobs in the future, they will get all my work and I have already given them more work. Highly recommended, very competitive and extremely professional. Not your average u.k contractors. Also its a family run business. Thanks to the whole team, AWESOME

Can’t recommend this firm enough. Competitively priced and great service. A small family firm who really care about their customers and kept me informed every step of the way. Fitters turned up on time and left everywhere tidy - they did a great job. Love my new window - thank you.

Fabulous firm. Really personal service from both Richard and Claire. Anything we wanted with the door they tried to do and if they couldn’t do it they tried to source someone who could. Highly recommend.

As somebody who never knows quite what I want, Radiance doors were AMAZING!
They talked me through all of the options with clear pictures and all of the technical info I needed. From beginning to end their service was truly outstanding. The fitters were lovely and very efficient, I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody. A family company that actually turn up when they say and will not let you down. Thank you. Abigail Mckennell

Very, very impressed with my new front door. Looks great, adds more light to the hallway, reduces street noise. Immaculate instalation work, and friendly, helpful service from the initial enquiry onwards. Very competitively priced for such an excellent product.

I had my new door supplied and fitted by Radiance doors yesterday. The quality of the door is outstanding. The fitters who installed it were professional and hardworking. Getting on with the job straightaway and leaving literally no mess. They came exactly when they said they would and kept me informed all the time. You couldn’t have a better company to fit your windows and doors. Highly recommend. Thank you Radiance Doors.

In a very difficult climate they came up trumps to deliver beautiful windows and a door. They kept me informed every step of the way. Arrived to fit exactly when they said they would and did a great job and cleanly.
A fabulous family run company that I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic customer service. Professional, friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend! Five star service all round, thank you.

They have recently carried out the replacement of windows at my apartment. The service was professional, and the work carried out in the time that was originally confirmed. The two installation guys were friendly, they cleaned up all the public stairways and walkways. My windows look fabulous. Thank you to all at Radiance Doors Ltd.

Amazing Company! Highly recommended!
Customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them. Quality of products are the best on the market at affordable prices.
