I purchased an air cube and went a different route so I got my RMA code and shipped it back on my dime. They said they never received it back. I produced the shipping label and RMA and order number (they then said I had no order). Needless to say, they did not refund my money and said the time for returns had expired, yet this was not because of anything I did. I am disgusted!!! No taking ownership of this or honoring the correct return policy I adhered to.

They are rip off artists ! Beware of your purchases as they will include some "thing" that you did not order, and do not need, and they will add (in my case) $9.99 to your purchase price. Buyer beware, there is no way to opt out of the item as you are purchasing. I informed their customer service immediately and was told that the $9.99 charge would be credited. Guess what? It wasn't. The maker of the item I purchased has a lawsuit against them. I should have done a deeper dive before buying from a third party site. I will not shop on their site again, I suggest you don't either.
I see the response from the company below. There is no credit on my account. It has been many business days since I purchased the product and if reimbursement was done timely, one would expect it to show up on my account. It doesn't. As I said in the original review, there is no way to opt out of the "extra" items. This was not user error, this is robbery. They are hoping you wont take the time to argue over $10. I have time. I am requesting that they do as offered and provide details of the reimbursement. Once again, they are showing their true colors. Do not purchase anything from them.
This just keeps getting better. You said you sent an email with the details of the refund. As of this morning neither the email or the refund it has been received. Please take the time to do what you've said.You're going to do rather than putting time into meaningless responses to save face.

I'm usually very cautious of ordering items on line, but our power washer bit the dust a couple of weeks ago, and this handheld power washer looked amazing! As I was ordering it, it was denied and at the same time my husband received an alert from the bank also at the same time, I was getting a call that said spam! I took a chance and answered the call and it was Monica who helped me out and was aware of what was going on with the order. She was very sweet, and said that I needed to add the 3 digit code. All was okay and she gave me the order confirmation number and said there would be an email. I have since received another email saying my order had shipped. Very happy with the whole process. Thank you Monica!

I received my flashlight/bat combo with enclosed knife and it looks pretty sturdy, the knife looks strong and durable, there is an empty cavity in which you can store small things (not big enough for a key tho). Unfortunately, the rest doesn't match website description. The page says: "Rechargeable: Yes" which lead me to assume there was a battery pack, and that it was rechargeable. Upon closer examination there's an encasing for batteries and it requires 3 AAA batteries (which it DID NOT bring). I've no way to test it unless I purchase 3 AAA batteries. (Edit: was able to borrow some AAA from a neighbor). The light is pretty strong and it makes this bat/flashlight a really useful item to have around. However, these manufacturers do take advantage of the fact that these items aren't usually sold in most stores (for you to evaluate prices and features). So, they slap whatever price they want (regular price $119.98? that's theft!). I paid $59 and based on the fact it doesn't bring batteries, this should go for about $39-$49 at the most.

As I was trying to pay for the product, which I thought was weird that my card kept declining, I received a call from the agent and I immediately thought that this was a scam but the representative was great to work with. Now to see if the product is as good as the representative was.

If I could give them NO STARS I would! My husband bought 4 plug in heaters. There is nothing wrong with them other than they don’t heat like claimed & won’t stay plugged in if not resting on counter/floor. Radical Gadget Hub site says 90 days to return, money back guarantee. Product was sold under Innovate Tech Collective. The guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Apparently what the small print says is you pay return shipping plus 10% restocking fee. But they try and weasel out of even doing a return and you can’t return without them assigning a RMA#. The exact same heater is sold through Walmart for $25. We were charged $203 total!

If I were not retired, I would find a way to bring a woman of her caliber onto my team.

If I could ,I would give this company a 0. I ordered 2 small plug in heaters , they did not stay in a traditional outlet , warm a room ? no way not even a small bath room. I called the number on my original confirmation email . I was told the only way to get a refund was an e-check that I would have to print off ,take to the bank and cash. The person I spoke with couldn't tell me why the amount could not be refunded to my credit card . I never received an email with the so called e-check. I got scammed ! I am usually very careful with company's I haven't used . I guess I learned a 94.50 lesson .Do not order anything from this not reliable company.

Well they did help me but they sent me the wrong product I wanted an electric lighter they sent me a gas lighter I’m pissed. Now they did return my money but still they didn’t have the product I wanted so they sent me what they thought would work. I wasn’t happy with it.
