An utter shambles.
This has been an appalling experience right from the beginning. 1. The website doesn't show tax until checkout which is just plain misleading but whatever price was still ok. 2. When my parts arrived my fuel rail was damaged and my pressure reg was missing the small blanking screws. 3. I had to pay for the shipping to return the fuel rail without so much as an apology for the screw or confirmation that i would get a refund for the postage without asking about it. 4. They have just stopped responding to emails after I had confirmation that I can return it. Nothing to say its arrived or that they will ship out a new one. I have got a new rail but i only found out when i get a random notification from DHL.
5. They failed to include the missing screws when shipping out my fuel rail despite me reminding them in one of the emails s that they failed to read.
6. No word of a refund on postage either and its been over a week now. This place is a joke and i will never use it again.
7. Only after creating a 1* review on their automated email review system did i get any email response about a replacement rail once i had sent it back.
8. They still failed to send me the missing parts when they sent me my replacement fuel rail.
9. They had the gaul to email and tell me that i had not included the fitting kit that i returned despite the fact that im still waiting for the missing blanking screws.
This shop is so bad they would have to put in considerable effort to give a worse service.
I have also found out today when i emailed Radium in the US that this store is just a random uk shop that is using their name!
