I had Rado Creative Studio in to fit a wooden floor downstairs and they were excellent from start to finish. Really nice guys, and seriously skilled carpenters — neat, tidy and very technical, the kind of people who clearly care about getting it right. The finish is spot on and they left the place clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done.

They installed our Havwoods chevron flooring and the result is absolutely stunning. From the outset, Rado was incredibly easy to work with — responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his craft. He took the time to explain options, set clear expectations, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.

The workmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. Chevron flooring is not the easiest pattern to execute, but the finish is flawless and has completely transformed the space. The team were professional, tidy, respectful of the home, and worked efficiently throughout.

Professional, tidy and result is stunning

We found Rado on Havwood flooring site as authorised installer. From the site visit to quote, to guidance about flooring to be ordered, he set our expectations high. When it came to actual installation, he exceeded those expectations with his diligent work and exemplary workmanship. We were so impressed by his work, that we ended requesting him to do some joinery works as well, which he found time to do working around his other commitments!

Faultless work. Rado and his team did a magnificent job on our town house - from the start, he appeared very professional and presentable - which we liked - he gave a well formatted quote and then carried out the works in a timely manner.

We had the pleasure of working with Rado Creative Studio for the installation of our herringbone wooden floor, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the very first meeting, Rado’s deep knowledge of wood, high level of professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail were immediately evident.

Impressed by the quality of his work, we later asked Rado to design and build a custom walk-in wardrobe. Throughout several meetings, he carefully listened to our ideas, advised us on materials, and clearly understood our vision. The final result was outstanding: a beautifully crafted, high-quality wardrobe that is both elegant and extremely practical to use.

Following this, we also commissioned Rado to build a bespoke bench for our corridor, once again delivered to a very high standard. Every project was completed with precision, care, and a modern design sensibility.

Rado and his team prepared and laid treads and risers for a high end spiral staircase. A tricky job technically including having to manufacture a curved element. They did a great job with a high attention to detail. Recommend very strongly

Radoslav was brilliant from the start to the end. He was super attentive, very patient (I changed my mind on which areas we were going to do a number of times), and gave great suggestions. The work was carried out with such care and accuracy and the team have such high attention to detail. It was a brilliant experience and the floors look amazing. Will definitely be using Radoslav and the team again and would highly recommend.

Great recommendation from Havwoods. Wood flooring supplier put us in touch with RADO, excellent service from start to finish - quick, efficient & clean. The new floor looks excellent and room is much better now.

We employed Radoslav and his team to add new parquet wooden flooring where we removed a couple internal stud walls and to replace damaged existing flooring. The team were expert in their analysis our flooring needs, recommending a simpler and cheaper solution that their competitors. They sourced the most accurate match of wood from our preferred supplier and even cut them to size (not initially included in our price). The team’s attention to detail and pride in their work was very clear. We really enjoyed working with Radoslav and highly recommend him to anybody else looking for a flooring specialist.

We employed Rado t on lay a new parquet floor to our new drawing room. He was efficient, very helpful in organising delivery of the flooring and, when we had excess flooring leftover due to my overestimation, he organised pick up and a refund too. Lovely to work with and I have already recommended him to friends.
