Rafflee to the rescue
I seemed to get locked out of my account and was getting frustrated. I have now revised the lower star rating with a 5 star as the Tech Team sorted it and I now have my account back !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for another TrustPilot review. We can confirm one of your two accounts was closed (after you formally asked us to close it) last month. Your primary Rafflee account remains open and contains all the tickets you purchased, as well as the free tickets our support team have gifted you to-date following your various complaints. We can see you have been able to log in to your primary account since the other account was closed.
We can confirm we have not taken any tickets away from you, your main account remains active and you can still log-in with your email address should you wish to play with Rafflee. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this within the log-in page. We can also assure you anyone who wins a competition will be proactively contacted by a member of our Winners team, regardless of whether they can log into their account.
Our support team have replied to all your messages and attempted to call you over twenty times over the last few months to help you use the site, and help you prevent Rafflee emails from being marked as spam in your inbox. Unfortunately, as you confirmed to our team previously, your phone is set to ignore calls from unknown numbers and with the email issues you have been having it makes it very difficult to contact and help you!
We are very happy that you enjoyed your time playing with Rafflee, and we are sorry we cannot provide the level of service you expect going forwards.

I was having a lucky streak on the occasional scratch card when a family member suggested I give online competitions a try. Did some research on which ones are trusted and came across Rafflee. Cannot express how surprised I was when I won the third competition I’d entered! I have an Xbox console at home still in good condition so I chose the cash alternative. It arrived in my account this morning. It seems that unless it’s a weekend, the transfer of winnings only takes two days. Thank you Rafflee, and Nathan from the contact team for giving me some genuine joy and being so prompt with communication! This was a bright spot in the midst of some dull days.

Fantastic Prizes Great Odds
I have to say I’ve tried a few different sites over the years and never won anything! The 10p drops have been amazing I seem to always end up better off I’ve also won site credit which again a win however the star of the show and thanks to Lynn & Nathan as I’m not great with technical things so needed help completing the bank details etc and I wasn’t made to feel stupid! They seemed genuinely happy I had won I opted for the cash £1100! I know people always say it but honestly boosted me as I’m caring for my dad and the extra cash means I can get him a nice gift and help out. I will continue to play and hopefully get lucky again.

A newbie experience
I started trying Rafflee about a month ago and then after placing a few bets on various items I was stunned by winning a new Playstation 5 Pro. Really nice customer service, polite and very accommodating. I'm defiantly going to continue playing for other items. Recommended.
