Really good work done by designing such systematic learning sessions and motivating reels for selecting correct direction and actions.
Best thing is that online videos are available so we can watch as per our convenience and take timeout from work schedule and for better learning we can repeat the sessions for remembering and recollecting example for improving ourself talk and orientation is really helpful for giving us the short understand for whatever things we will learn in 7 days.
Only one suggestion from end - 21 days challenge should have some different name.. I was worried due to office load and as a high believer of perfection, it won't be possible for me but i gave one chance to myself, it is quite flexible so we can adapt it easily ... thank you. Now I will Start 2nd Module of the imperfectionist mind

Tbh I this community has been proved for me life changing..i am literally thankful to God for it ....it really makes permanent changes

The thinking machines has realised me very important concept of life and brought a calmness inside me although I still feel anxious sometimes but now I know how to handle that and keep focusing over my process ❤️❤️

I found my childhood bed memories,emotions,thoughts provokes me to much and I am not consistent in my studies. But now ,with unknowingness practice i am day by day improving .

Started seven days ago. I was super anxious and fearful that what if I felt lethargic and didn't feel to do, I'll waste my all money. But all I want to say is, this workshop and membership is worth taking a risk. I enrolled in 21 days breakathon challenge successfully completed my first phase (7days) of process focused mind, I learnt that you need to focus on the process and the progress rather then chasing result it takes time but once you start focusing on process you'll start loving it and hence that will lead you to stay consistent daily .. thank you Rahul sir

Honestly speaking this is awesome. From the core of my heart, Thank you !! I want to admit here that I was suffering from inconsistency and being perfectionist from long time due to which I always fail. This course is still in process, but I am sure I am on right path now. I already restart my journey (life vision) along with this course by being process focused and not being perfectionists . Thankyou !!!

The concepts discussed in the vedios really help to understand why we procrastinate, how mind works. Just by understanding concept it starts bringing changes.

Personally I feel very calm in mind .
It happens 1 st time in my study life , i don't see any motivational videos since last one week . It's a very big achievement for me. I feel that I am addicted with motivational video and interview and make time table and creat a strategy according it , and after a failed . I get into the depression phase .
