- Constant maintenance with the bank app leaves the customer stranded for 2 - 3 days in a month; seriously, guys, that is unacceptable in 2024, change your IT department or smth.
- Currency exchange in the app isn't working on weekends
- Offices operate in ridiculous hours (09.00 - 19.00). No way to get into the bank before my working day
- Ridiculous fees that keep increasing

I don't recommend this bank untill some reforms are made.

Yup I now understand why there are a lot of bad reviews for the bank. I just lost a big opportunity due to how unreliable they are.
I needed a document and between online customer service and the branch itself it has taken over 3 weeks and still no result. I will never in another lifetime subscribe to this bank in this country or anywhere else.

Very bad manager-consultant. She pursues only her own interests. Offers to invest where it is profitable only for her, and for me only a loss my money.

Raiffeisen Czech Republic just banned all credit card transaction with crypo exchanges portals without any advise. So you can't use your own money to buy whatever you want. this is really dangerous.

This bank is an absolute joke and their IT team should go back to primary school .... Will be taking out money out and asap . STAY AWAY, you have been warned !

I had to go to RB due to ING closing its bussines and transfering clients to RB throug some kind of deal.
I did not choose RB, but I was curious to try their services.
Initially, when I went to their office, they helped me setup evertyhing so i did not care, but it took a while.

Later I lost my phone and OH BOY WAS THAT AN EXPERIENCE.

I wanted to buy a new phone, but guess what... I forgot pin to my card and I also had too low limits to pay for the phone. So I went to the office and told them I need to buy new phone, but I need to make some changes to my account, namely the limits and pin. They told me that I have to have a phone to do that... wow. I am physically here in the office, with my ID and everything and they cannot access my account for me? Why t f couldn't you?
Later I got new SIM and had to persuade a stranger to lend me his phone for a while, which was extremely uncomfortable.

When I finally got a new phone using the card, I had to setup everything again and i thought my head explodes again. The process required like 5 differend codes, numbers, certificates, some of which were sent over email in an encrypted PDF that required another password to access it and I had to check matching numbers on my device and online banking two times before it finally paired my phone.
Not even talking about the fact that if you don't do it all in time, it logs you out even though you are still actively in the session.

I am leaving the company as soon as I have time for it... go to AirBank, they are much more friendly and have more intuitive UI for mobile app... just dont be at RB if you don't need that few percent of interest that they get by bullying other banks on the market.

Ukázalo se že Raiffeisen bank je bezpáteřní banka která tvrdí v každém státu to, co se jí hodí, aby dosáhla maximálního zisku. Podle mě toto v dnešní pologlobalizované společnosti nejde, velké firmy mají mnohdy větší moc než některé státy a tak by měli přijmout svoji zodpovědnost a chovat se tak. Svět nejsou jen peníze.
Zklamali jste mě, už nikdy více.

bez pořádného oznámení mi také zrušily výběr z bankomatu a o blokaci odesílání peněz do kryptoměn nemluvě.
Několikrát jsem se u nich záhadně dostal na běžném účtu s debetní kartou do mínusu což technicky není možné a musel jsem za pár halířů v mínusu platit poplatek

Banka jinak normálně funguje a špatné hodnocení dávám kvůli chování společnosti.

I have spent a lot of money calling customer support 4 times now and the problem has not been fixed. I will need a loan to pay for the calls. No email was received with Ipin and Tpin, only sms with a code.

Absolutely worst bank. I called their customer service several times with absolutely no result. Only when I called for a third time I stumbled upon some who was willing to help me.

Just a terrible bank. No sense of customer service and little effort to address customer needs. Simple transactions that should occur effortlessly get fouled internally and any effort to resolve these self inflicted problems take months to resolve. No signs that management has any oversight or organizational improvement efforts in place as processes do not improve.

the worst experience with the bank in Czech republic, I have made all my payments to close my credit card account and have proof of that but the bank insists i still require more payment as they have reverted one of them back to me which is nowhere to be found. I have spoken to my own bank and they cannot find the payment and neither can Raiffeisenbank official prove me that they did refund me. Their communication with the customers is appalling and I would not put 0 stars if i could and not recommend to deal with them.

Referring to ROMANIA Raiffeissen bank. They are an outdated dying bank. I have been trying to get a business account opened with them, remotely, for months now with still no progress. Have spend money on a POA, been there in person twice. Absolutely ridiculous. With the upcoming banking meltdown you surely have dug your own grave and you deserve it.

My review refers to RAIFFEISEN ROMANIA. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with due to THE MOST PRIMITIVE, INCOMPETENT IT TEAM I have ever seen, CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH ONLINE AND TELEPHONE APPLICATIONS. It has taken me 4 days to make a simple payment because of all ERRORS of the system. Do NOT become a client of this bank. It is EXPENSIVE AND INEFFICIENT.

The worst bank ever. Leaving the Czech Republic I wanted to close my account. Paid off my credit card and cleared streamline account. I've requested account closure on February 5, 2020 but receievd information that I can only do it in a branch in the Czech Republic. Being abroad I had to schedule a trip to the Czech Republic to close the account.
At the same time travel restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic started coming in place. Being hesitant to travel, I enquired about options to close my account remotly. I was informed by the bank that I'd have to fill in the form and have my signature verified by the embassy or consulat of the Czech Republic abroad.
When I called the offices, I was informed that the procedural request by Reifeissen Bank in the Czech Republic is in disagreement with the Czech law, as Czech diplomatic functions do not verify signatures of foreign citizens but only serve Czech citizens in this regards.
Additionally, the Czech consular was closed at the time for visits of foreign citizens due to the state of emergency due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Being in catch 22 situation, I've requested Raiffeisen Bank for further assistance. In responce, the employees of the bank either did not respond to my email or claimed that their procedures are lawful and viable.
Playing on time, on April 1, 2020 the bank charged me a fee for not using my account and still refused to cooperate.

The worst bank ever. Avoid it. I have my current account in three currencies CZK, EUR and GBP. They blocked my credit card just because my balance on CZK account was insufficient for minimal repayment (100 CZK short), despite having 500 EUR on EUR account. So they just simply blocked my credit card. I would not be bothered that much if I was not living abroad and desperately needed to use my CC. My debit card was blocked already because of fraud transactions and so I ended up being abroad with no card and money! When I tried to fix it from abroad they advised my CC will be unblocked in 4 working days! As all is done automatically etc. How come? I cannot understand this customer service. They did not help me at all.
As soon as I am back from abroad I am cancelling the account with this bank and never again.

The worse bank and customer service I have ever seen, they don't respect people, I have been constantly bullied by phone, they try to solve their issue with threats, they blame a customer for their mistakes, they never assume their responsibility.
