I attended this level 2 training after being recommended by a friend our teacher jalal was very helpful and understanding wouldn’t have gotten nearly as far as I have in the course if it wasn’t for him

Attend this because of a friend and have enjoyed this course got on with the other students and jalal Ahmed was a great funny support and understanding teacher very fair and approachable with any issues definitely a overall great 5 star experience

I had the pleasure of being taught by Jalal on my PTS railway course, and he was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of the subject was excellent, and he explained everything clearly, making sure we fully understood. His communication skills were great, and he made the course easy to follow while keeping it engaging. He was also very approachable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, Jalal is a brilliant teacher, and I would highly recommend him to anyone taking the course.

jalal Ahmed has been an outstanding trainer throughout our railway course. His depth of knowledge and expertise—especially in areas like track safety, rules, and operational procedures—is second to none. He explains everything clearly and honestly, making even the most complex topics easy to understand.
If anyone struggles, he never moves on without making sure they fully grasp the material. His patience, communication, and teaching style create a supportive and engaging learning environment jalal truly represents the course at the highest standard.
If you’re lucky enough to have Jalal as your trainer, you’re in excellent hands. He’s a credit to the industry and to the training team. We couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you jalal .

The course was good thanks to my trainer . Long process, but eventually coming to the end thanks to everyone especially Jalal Ahmed a true kind help full individual who obviously doesn’t get the recognition needed .

From experience with rail future there’s not a better teacher that you can ask for than jalal Ahmed through the way he delivers the course to the depth he goes into to ensure your success in the course wouldn’t of passed without him highly recommend this course

Coming from the Caribbean were there are no trains I thought this course would have been very hard and I wouldn't have pass but I had a great understanding teacher Mr Jalal Ahmed, his 20 years experience from the railway made the course wonderful. The practical was amazing. I jus finished my 6 weeks and can't wait to finish my safe critical training and get on the tracks

Just completed the 6 week nvq with jalal ahmed, was life changing to learn from the experience of jalal ,who was a fantastic teacher, and extremely kind and helpful, unbelievable experience, cannot wait to get on the railway, as an older fella I have experience college courses before and normally find them drab and boring, but from day 1 this course was fun and interesting I have looked forward to attending every day, jalal has made this experience really enjoyable and I'm confident in my future on the railway.

The nvq was made very easy by my instructor Jalal he was very clear and precise in his method of delivery and caters to everyone and even brought in old pupils and a company director to deliver speeches to the class…the course lasted 6 weeks but was made to feel less and now I feel confident and ready to step onto the railway….onwards and upwards

The course was a great experience and it was made easier by Jalal, he helped me and the whole class a lot and went above and beyond throughout the 6 weeks. I can’t wait to get into the railway industry and Jalal is a big reason why

The course was made very easy by Jalal, I’ve just passed my PTS and DCCR and it wouldn’t have been possible without having Jalal as a tutor, his communication is clear and he goes above and beyond to help everyone! A well delivered and designed course. The tutor Jalal gave a valuable insight into the Railways work experience. He was very helpful and answered my and the other students questions and gave informed advice on career progression. This was useful as the group all had different skillsets and Jalal was supportive in giving options and routes to follow. A big Thank you to Kim and Claire who I found approachable and helpful.
Overall I found the course informative and delivered in an entertaining way. Hoping it will serve me well in the future within the Railway industry.
