They are very helpfull until you pay. Before the renewal period we already asked to do a deregistration of the company. We submitted al the documents, paid the fee, but nothing happened. One year later they said it still wasn’t done, and that there are now government fees. Eventually they can’t even sent the forms for signatures correctly and nobody seems to want to help.

They scam you hard.

As a current partner, I strongly discourage anyone from considering them as a business partner. Their services are extremely poor, and their primary focus seems to be extracting as much money as possible without delivering value. They operate with a lack of transparency and make empty promises that they fail to fulfill. After two frustrating years with them, I can confidently say I will not be renewing my business license. This experience has been nothing short of a painful and disappointing journey.

We have the worst experience with the deregistration process. Payed AED 5900! a month ago and the payment is still not processed and the process not going forward. They are only interested in your money. Don't get involved with them!

They are very friendly and helpful until you pay .. Then good luck trying to do anything.. no customer support, nor help of any kind, never on time when finishing documents, and no one to speak to.

Everything was handled really promptly and professionally by the staff members. There were some misunderstandings in the initial stages but both sides understood one another eventually and things got started moving really fast and efficient. It took less than a week for obtaining the license and about 4 days to obtain the Entry Permit. The only tricky part here is, in the initial stages, if someone has never entered UAE, the person needs to obtain a UID somehow. This number is usually available when the person enter UAE with a valid Visa stamp. Joyce and her colleagues helped to resolve that as well. Super professional, super tolerant and consistent. Highly recommended.

Don't trust Rakez. They cut a lot of money from your payment { Almost $ 3500 canadian ) and at the end , they don't give you visa and you have to deregister your company. Nobody is responsible and they start playing with you at the time of cancelation and hold your money after sending the request of cancellation for more than 2 months.

They reject your application without telling the reason and take all the payment upfront.

I do not know which policy they are following.

I simply say avoid this freezone, go with dubai or sharjah.
