Ralphoebe Reviews

Really happy with my chain, Emma was super helpful. Highly recommend! ❤️

I’m so happy with my gorgeous little charm. The communication was excellent throughout the whole experience and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the piece. The packaging it arrived in was gorgeous too. I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase ✨

I bought a lovely antique watch chain from Emma. She was very helpful and walked me through the whole process of shipping from the UK to the US. We ended up having no issues at all, and I am so pleased with my beautiful necklace! I will return to Emma after such a pleasant purchasing experience.

Fab buying experience- know it won’t be my last. Emma was so helpful and my beautiful chain arrived so quickly!! ⛓️🩷

Such a lovely little shop with a gorgeous array of sparkly treasures! Emma was so helpful in sending me extra photos and information about the chain I was interested in. When it arrived I was thrilled - excellent communication, beautiful packaging and great customer service. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future for more purchases! Thank you!

Well, it’s everything and more! The colour of the gold is perfect, such a gorgeous warm tone without being rosey. Beautiful packaging, the little pouch was a lovely touch too. I can’t wait to play with my chain with different pendants and mixing and matching. I’m building quite the ralphoebe collection now! Thanks as always for bearing with my questions and decision paralysis, you’re the best!

Emma was so helpful and patient as the necklace I originally bought wasn’t right for me. She let me send it back and then FaceTimed me so we could go through other options. Nothing was a problem and I eventually settled on an antique chain and pendant.
So pleased with my purchase and all the help from Emma.
I can highly recommend.

I purchased a gold chain from Emma’s shop. She went above and beyond to show in detail 3 different chains and even made videos!!
That really helped for me to choose the right one. Furthermore, Emma adjusted the length of the chain at my request.
My husband loved his gift! It arrived pretty quickly and was beautifully wrapped.
I will for sure be a return customer of this lovely shop!
