The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use. The candle arrived quickly with a handwritten note which I thought was a nice touch. The candle is a gift and I chose Ralph’s Orchard because of the natural products. Enjoyed the experience but the marketing department now needs to ease up a bit as I am getting far to many emails encouraging me to buy more

Fantastic Candles
Everything about this company is so eco-friendly and the smell from the candles and melts is divine. My favourite is Vintage Book shop - it’s like a hug in a tin. The packaging is attractive and either reusable or easily recycled. I love the fact that they up-cycle containers like china cups etc. as candle holders as well as new tins. I buy for my own use and as gifts for friends and family. The customer service is excellent.

I was like a kid on Christmas morning when this box of goodies arrived.Even before the box was opened I (and the postman) got this gorgeous smell coming from it. I couldn’t wait to open it.As usual everything smells beautiful and I am delighted with everything and everything was well packaged.Thank you.

Amazing candles & melts
Customer service was amazing, so very helpful. My order was dealt with quickly. I also had some samples of wax melts, which I plan to use today, but the smell on cold is amazing, and I haven't melted them yet.
