To begin with, the products are sold at a high price point, yet the quality is far below what one would reasonably expect. The fabric and finish are disappointing, and despite this, reimbursement is not an option.
After paying the full price of the item, shipping fees, and significant taxes (for a shipment from Spain to Italy — hardly a long-distance delivery), the item arrived in the wrong size. One might expect some accountability or goodwill from the company in this situation. Instead, I was required to pay for the return shipment myself in order to exchange the item.
I contacted customer service multiple times by email. The responses were consistently short, careless, and unhelpful. Despite numerous exchanges, my name was repeatedly misspelled, and emails were sent without proper signatures, which reflects a serious lack of professionalism.
As a result, they have lost a customer, and potentially more, as I was considering placing a larger order. This did not seem to concern them in the slightest. Overall, this experience was time-consuming, frustrating, and disappointing. I do not recommend this brand.
I’ve bought from this shop shirts and pants before they hit above the 100 euro mark per piece, so here’s a very honest review. For starters, to be fair I would give it 3.5 starts and not 3, the designs are very amazing, when I got my first pair of pants everybody told me it looks amazing, I ordered another pair of pants of the same style but the quality looked really bad, the zipper looked funny and the cut was different. Another thing I would wanna add ? What’s up with the crazy price surge ? Cmon now I liked this brand but there’s no way I’m gonna spend more than 100 euros on a shirt
Mi aspettavo di più.
Il packaging della merce era poco curato e in plastica. La guida alle taglie mi ha mal consigliata perché gli articoli vestono piccoli e ho dovuto richiedere un cambio taglia per tutti i pezzi. Inoltre l'etichetta di composizione indica 100% lino ma ad esempio la fodera delle tasche non lo è e non è tracciata nell'etichetta.
La qualità degli articoli e il materiale mi sembra valido, anche se solo con l'uso potrò meglio giudicare, in generale mi ha dato l'impressione un po' di trascuratezza rispetto all'entità dei prezzi.

I ordered a pair of shorts and pants on 29.06.2025 (Modern Pleated Linen Pants Grey × 1, Retro Comfy Shorts Beige × 1)...
To date, I've only received the shorts (which I'm going to send back, as they have a number of defects.) ... And I'm here to testify to deplorable customer service.
The brand indicates 2 to 5 days delivery.
I received the parcel on 07.06.2025 and to my great surprise there was only one of the two items ordered (the shorts).
I notify the brand, who apologize and tell me they'll let me know when the pants are shipped and leave the warehouse... Except I've never heard back, and worse than that, when I call the Barcelona boutique to ask for help, the person answers: “Sorry, I don't have time.”.........
In the meantime, I'm forced to call the brand again, as at no point does it let me know if the pants have been shipped.
I receive an e-mail from the carrier on 10.07.025 telling me that I'll be delivered today, the 11th. And today, the day of delivery, I receive an e-mail telling me that I won't be delivered until 15.07.2025.
Given the price of the articles and the positioning of the brand, I find this situation unacceptable and deplorable.
I have asked for a call back to ask for compensation, but my requests have all been ignored.
What's more, when I try to return the damaged shorts, I'm asked to pay 9 euros for the return, even though I had nothing to do with it - it's the brand that should be paying for it.
This situation is unacceptable and you've just lost a customer through lack of consideration.
I intend to demand a refund for the inconvenience caused.

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. As a woman with a pear-shaped body, I’ve always struggled to find a good pair of pants that aren’t jeans. I decided to give this brand a try after seeing it advertised on Instagram and ordered their low waist linen pant.
They fit like a glove and highlight the curves in all the right ways: flattering but still appropriate for the office. The fabric has a lightweight yet structured feel.
I have several linen pants and shirts, but the color quality is very poor. I've noticed that some of the fabric is starting to fade away
