No refund for undelivered package
Hi, I ordered graded slab and paid extra 30$ for shipping charge, but did not receive the package even after 53 days and tracking showed no update from last 18 days. Customer care did not consider this as their responsibility to track the package and instead asked me to file claim for lost package and if this claim goes through then they will refund. Now even after paying money I have to do their job. Highly untrustworthy service.
