Excellent service from start to finish, from initial planning, liaising with other teams doing other builds to building the pergola. The guys who came for the install were meticulous in everything they did and exceedingly precise. They cleared up afterwards, leaving a great job done.
We had one small problem due to manufacturing supply. This was resolved without any fuss or problems.

We recently had a Brustor pergola with aluminum wall and sliding glass wall doors fitted in three stages. The initial consultation with Jonathan through to the installation by Ben, George and Dave was very professional. The team did an excellent job installing the pergola in the rain!, explaining the remote control functions, and after checking the site on full completion returned to finish off a couple of snaging issues. Also, we needed a patio laid before the pergola could be stalled and Johanthan recommended an independent contractor, Steve, who also did an excellent, professional job. So, we would happily recommend Raze Outdoor living.

Jonathan visited us and clearly demonstrated the Pergola benefits to us and even suggested the size.
The Pergola was fitted on time by Ben and George who took their time in fitting it all balanced. They were tidy and meticulous with the finishing touches. They went an extra mile in making sure we fully understood the remote operations and cleaning process of the pergola and the glass screens
Jonathan was also helpful in guiding us through the Pergola furniture and Fire pit which we want.

We recently had a Brustor Awning installed. With the increasing temperatures in the UK we’d been after an awning to help keep our patio and house cool in the sun. After much research we settled upon Brustor as the preferred manufacturer for their quality and durability. After narrowing down the model and the fabric, we contacted Rase Outdoor Living (we’d seen plenty of positive reviews) and were hopeful that we wouldn’t be disappointed as the fitting is as important as the product. Jonathan, was great! Extremely professional, personable and responsive. With his help we very quickly decided exactly what we wanted. The awning looks fantastic and is everything we hoped it would be. As awnings go, size wise ours is quite a ‘beast’ but the installation team of Ben, Dave and George were great. They worked really well with one another, clearly having done it many, many times before! They even hoovered the brick dust as the external holes were drilled – ‘our kind of guys’. We can’t thank Jonathan and his team enough. We would recommend Rase Outdoor Living without hesitation!

Jonathan and his team,(Ben, Jamie and Dave) recently completed the installation of a 7m pergola on the rear of our property. We have to say that from consultation, design through to completion, they have been one of the most professional businesses we have ever encountered. Communication, timescales and workmanship were exemplary. We changed our minds on a few elements of the project, yet nothing was ever too much trouble. We are so very pleased with the end result and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering having a pergola installed.

A company worthy of a 5 star review. From initial browsing of options through to installation, we were well looked after by Jonathan and his team. No pushy sales, just attentive service, and the installation team were hard working, polite and took pride in their work (even wiping off fingerprints prior to showing off the completed project). We opted for a Brustor product rather than a competitor's; very pleased with the end result: a solid, aesthetically pleasing structure at a competitive price. Already enjoying sitting under it in our hot tub in December. Will get plenty more use come Spring/Summer. Thank you Rase!
