To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to caution the general public before purchasing products from Rasoi Shop based on my recent experience.

We ordered a water bottle/flask online, but the product delivered was different from what we had ordered, including a different colour. In addition, the bottle had multiple visible damages and appeared to be an old or defective item.

Despite providing sufficient photographic evidence of the damages, the company refused to acknowledge the issue and instead asked us to bear the return shipping charges ourselves. We believe it is unreasonable for a customer to incur additional expenses when the seller has delivered a damaged and incorrect product.

Furthermore, our experience with their customer support was highly disappointing. We had to make repeated follow-ups just to receive a response, and even after sharing clear evidence, we were informed that they could not identify any damage to the product.

For the benefit of other consumers, we are attaching photographs of the product received so that the public can make an informed decision before purchasing from Rasoi Shop.

If the concerned team continues to ignore this matter and fails to resolve the issue promptly, we will be compelled to pursue appropriate legal remedies and take all necessary steps available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumers deserve honest business practices, quality products, and fair customer service. Selling damaged or incorrect products and refusing to take responsibility for them is unacceptable.

Please don't order with your credit or debit card at Rasoishop.com because they call it a prepaid order and you will not be able to cancel your order in any circumstance. They claim it to be easy to work with but this is a home based business the phone calls are answered my only one non-professional lady I think who is the relative of the owner on this business. Once you order this so called prepaid order you will be out of luck. Even if the order is of not the quality you expect specially if you order a Softel brand item, you will be stuck with the order.
I ordered Neelam brand Multi Kadai from Amazon for ₹1700 but cancelled it and ordered this Softel multi kadai for the same price thinking this is better then Neelam. Within 5 minutes I realized that this kadai didn't have thick multi clad bottom for proper induction heating. The lady on the phone refused to cancel my order and started interrogating me on the phone like why you are cancelling, what is the problem, you will now get your money back on the debit card but only Gift Card will be issued. Then I realized that this is a grab and run scheme. Once I realized that I had no chance of getting my money back I reluctantly agreed to have my order proceed. Today I received my order and I see that the bottom of the kadai is not thick enough for induction heating to be efficient. The accessory plates are not of the sturdy quality. They feel flimsy thin.
So please don't fell into the trap as me and think twice before doing business with rasoishop.com. It is a riskshop.com. Thank you.

I bought an multi kadhai idli pot.
It was awesome. Quality was good. With strong handles. Heavy guage stainless steel food grade

I have purchase Sofitel aata chhaki.It is very very useful product and the best part is post purchase support by rasoi shop is excellent.

They sent a half-used item with gashes and scratches in a used-like condition (probably after someone returned it after use). Even after repeatedly making calls and sharing images where the scratches were clearly visible, the horrible customer agent kept denying that anything was wrong with their product. Their cheap prices actually come from such malpractices where they sell off stuff after it has been damaged.

Be careful to buy from rasoishop very poor service & no response on calls and emails. I bought Green colour bottle which has same colour cap image on the website but the delivered Green bottle which has black colour cap & they are not ready to return the product saying its correct as per website image. Even my return request also approved.

Be carefull to buy from rasoishop they dnt have friendly return policy with poor customer service and products are like used one

Good service by Rasoi Shop,quality product. Amazing pressure cooker. Good quality and so cute Purchased softel pressure cooker.
The cooker has good thickness and very strong.Though inner lid it cooks food so fast. It is small and easy to clean.
