As an independent organisation, Rate My Agent provides members of the general public with a unique insight on real estate agents across the country. It's reviews are posted by an array of clients, whether they are buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants; the reviews are based on how that individual has found dealing with a particular Real Estate Agent. Whilst Google reviews can be falsified, RMA send emails directly to the person that's actually had a recent transaction with the agent, and scores reflect that interaction.

I use RateMyAgent to give my Clients the ability to leave me raw and honest feedback. I love that it's not me telling them what to say or telling other potential Seller's how good I am - it's real people in exactly the same position as they once were; looking for the best Agent for them.

Don’t do as they say, from an Agent perspective.
Although the criteria does not allow teams to pool reviews, this very clearly happens, meaning true individual Agents have no chance. I tried to raise this, but sadly, it was mishandled and I lost faith and respect for this company and as a result I no longer use them.
It was good while it lasted though, as I was an early adopter.
I’m not into writing negative reviews, but I’ve been asked to write so many times, I decided to give my opinion.
