It’s a scam avoid this website!I ordered a dress in a generic size 10 so that I would be able to return it if it wasn’t right.Apparently their “worry free” returns policy allows this.Ive received the dress almost two weeks ago.It doesn’t fit but they won’t send me a returns form.They want a reason,which is fine,but they also want me to send them pictures of my chest,waist and hip measurements clearly shown on a tape measure!Extremely unprofessional and illegal!I have already contacted my credit card provider to start a claim against them.

I placed my order for our prom dress on March 16, because my prom is this Saturday, April 13. My dress was supposed to be here by yesterday, April 7, and I have heard no word from their site. I’ve been emailing them back to back, I even DM their Instagram page and no response, this is terrible service. My senior prom is literally this weekend, and I have no dress.

Scammers, their return policy is 14 days, I got my order and in the same day I asked for refund and return label (you can't send it back to address on the delivered package), dress look not like on the picture on their website, material is cheap, poorly made, not neat looking, stitches not even, so their customer service is not answering me for a couple days, then they offered me 15% discount and I can leave the dress, but it's not even close cost that much max price for it 35-40$), or they give me 30 % discount for next order??? I'm not sure if I want to order anything from this store anymore. I'm not agreeing with that and asking for return label/ refund and nothing. 3 days no response, nothing Almost 2 weeks passed I think no one will answer or refund, AVOID THEM ( also they wrote-If you decide to return your item, please note that a 15% deduction will be applied to the refund amount of the returned item for re-inspection, sanitization, dry cleaning, and warehouse management costs. Further instructions and a complete return address will be provided in subsequent emails — —What? I got this dress rolled/pressed in a clear plastic bag, without any tags or anything showing it's new, ( nothing like that in their return policy) 15 %,30%, ?? I was so impressed with Ravellia’s customer service! Not only did they solve my issue, they did it right away! My daughter is happy with her wedding dress as well! It arrived before the estimated delivery date!
