Racist manager!!!
Bought an outfit that didn’t fit my date the tag was unripped but had fallen off in the bag when the girl who sold it to me folded it and dropped it into the bag most likely unknowingly. I let the manager Jenny know that may have happened that way because as soon as I touched it out the bag it was like that mind you this was over an exchange not a refund lol. As the manager Jenny who wreaked of stale booze, pot and sweat pulled it out the bag the first thing she said was the tag was not attached and when I explained what had occurred because it was clearly off before it was even taken out the bag and I was only aware of that policy upon pulling the receipt out when I got home because the tag was just sitting there at the bottom of the bag with the gift receipt ofc she didn’t believe me not only that she said “YOU BLACK PEOPLE TRY TO GET AWAY WITH THIS SHIT ALL THE TIME” (mind you I carry for self defense purposes she’s lucky as can be that I didn’t go bat shit crazy on her as being 3 times her size, fully and legally equipped making a racist comment like that could get your head blown off in an area like this I’ve never dealt with any retail business that treats there guests that way when I confronted her for her nasty and racist comment she replied that “my staff is trained to reattach it if it comes off, so I know your lying” she told me I was getting defensive which was untrue she just continued giving me dirty looks and being rude n paused for like an entire minute tossed it in the bag and said “tags off were not taking it back.” I’ve shopped here many times and had never encountered her before or ever been treated like this in the past as I’m normally always assisted from beginning to end unfortunately not all businesses have the best staff working for them and it gives the entire company a bad name if that’s your store manager because when I asked she said she was the head of the store then ain’t no way in Hell id ever shop there again as in influencer and proud african American I’ll be sure to spread the word as I can remember they have great things but they have lost a customer and as an influencer I will continue to spread the word next time do better, many many years ago I worked retail and that was never an issue anywhere with any company I’ve ever worked for or made a return too absolutely disgusting behavior from a manager I could smell the alcohol on her breath n she wreaked of pot and since she fondled thru the clothing putting her nasty unwashed finger prints all over it now it smells like pot now so I couldn’t even regift it if i wanted too she was lookin down the entire time I came in and didn’t great me with a smile was rude as could be they have lost a very generous customer SPENCERS, DOLLSKILL AND AMAZON HAVE WAY BETTER SELECTIONS ANYWAY ILL STICK WITH THEM!!! she’s lucky I didn’t start snapping pics of her face the streets would literally kill her over a racist comment like that y’all better high armed security next time she’s lucky she’s beneath me and I got too much to lose!
