I love their stuff, the products actually work for my skin after trying heaps of products over the years for my acne this stuff actually works. I use the purified, harmony, limelight and caffeine eye cream with the occasional face mask and after 5 years I am still using the same products (with some extra ones added in). The customer service is great, i love that it's a small business as well so all the advice you get is individualized, and the harmony toner smells so good.

My experience with Rawkanvas has been nothing short of exceptional. The website is easy to navigate by skin type or product type, and the team is always available on the other side of an email to answer a question or provide advice. There are also regularly great specials or freebies on offer. The products are nothing short of lux and have a reasonable price tag.

I used to be a one and done type product girl but find that I am loving the products so much and looking forward to my routine, so I have gradually added on extra serums to extend my evening self-care routine.

I’ve been using Rawkanvas products religiously for over six years now, and they’ve truly transformed my skin. When I first started, my skin was extremely sensitive after years of harsh acne products, i had frequent breakouts and felt uncomfortable showing my skin without makeup on. I began with a simple routine using Purified, Harmony and The Limelight, and I noticed such a difference in how calm and balanced my skin felt... to the point where I no longer felt like I had to cover up every day with Makeup.

Over time, I added Eternal, The Foundation, and eventually Essence, and while I do have some lines and its not a miracle botox in a bottle I love how these have helped me continue to age gracefully keeping my skin hydrated and healthy through every season of life.

I absolutely love Rawkanvas products. I have tried lots of brands over the years, but this is my favourite. The products feel great, smell amazing and are free of toxic ingredients. I also really like that I can return my bottles and boxes to Rawkanvas for recycling (and a credit on my account to cover what I paid in postage). This is a company that cares about its customers and the quality of its products. My favourite product is Eternal - I buy it on repeat!

I have had red skin since my teens and this is the most impressive results I have had, while also being natural but powerful skincare. My hydration is also really great. Love the packaging and ethos.

I was looking around for a natural skincare for sensitive skin to help with some peri-menopausal redness and roughness. This is the first thing I've found that has actually helped. After about 6 weeks I really noticed that my skin was very clear, my nose wasn't bright red anymore, and it feels lovely and smooth. The packaging is delightful, and the products have a natural, subtle fragrance. I love having skincare for sensitive skin that still feels fancy and luxurious. I'm a huge fan.

I absolutely love RAWKANVAS, I tried it on a whim and bought myself a mystery box for my birthday about a year and a half ago and I was hooked from there! The products are beautiful and small batch produced so you know you are getting quality, they are around a mid point price range, not cheap and nasty but not ridiculously expensive. They don’t upset my normally reactive sensitive skin. Have had no outbreaks of dermatitis since I’ve been using it and rarely get zit break outs either, my skin looks great for my age! The owner Simona is amazing, she is always responsive to any questions and is happy to design a routine just for you. There are regular specials on and she sometimes slips a wee gift into your order when you least expect it which is just so lovely! I was so excited about getting my skin sorted. This company had very bold claims.
There was alot to read, so I did that, went through all the products and what they did etc, studied the How To page to make sure I was on the right track. I give things 3 months to work, that's just my preference, so I gave up the 60-day money back guarantee, which was just a very long word salad anyway, very much giving them any reason not to give you your money back.
My experience was pretty average from the get-go. An unprotected glass bottle had broken in the box, there was ground up glass everywhere. I took a photo and sent it to them, I was told that they put 'alot of love into packing' they don't, foam packing peanuts and uncovered glass bottles just chucked in the box. The peanuts dissolved when they got wet, which meant everything else in the box was just knocking around. In any case, it turned out to be a free gift, and credit to them, a replacement turned up a couple of days later.
When it came to the products themselves, they do have a very strong smell, the Limelight is particularly unpleasant with a heavy floral smell.
I followed all of the instructions, I kept with it as encouraged, through the skin purging etc. I took a before photo, and 3 months later I've wasted $250 and had to use an eczema cream to fix the damage that these products caused on my forehead.
Funnily enough, they only show the good reviews on their website. My comments on Facebook/Instagram about being 2 months in and still not seeing a result, went unanswered and there doesn't seem to be a facility to place a Google review, hence why I am doing it through Trustpilot - big red flag there.

Thank you for your reply - yes, as you can see in my initial review, I did credit you with having replaced the smashed item - I notice however, you did not address the actual issue of the inadequate packaging.
I didn't realize I had to get in touch for advice - I had a skin issue that your products were advertised as being appropriate for. Down the bottom of the page there is a button for a quiz or to talk to someone, but with phrases like "perfect palette" and "meticulously crafted", that didn't seem necessary. If a skin consult is what you recommend, then perhaps that should be more prominent on your website, or maybe you restrict orders from new customers, until they have had a skin consult.
I had commented on 2 of your social media posts, 1 where you are running from the camera while someone was yelling "scammer", the other was where someone had said your products should be $10. I posted on this one agreeing that your products are overpriced and stated that at 7 weeks I was still waiting to see a difference, then when the post popped up again I changed it to 9 weeks accordingly, also stating that I give things 3 months to show a difference. To be fair, I did see a big difference in my skin, it was worse than when I began.
As previously mentioned, your 60-day money back 'guarantee' is a pointless collection of words. You have so much protection there that the only way someone would be successful in obtaining their money back, is if they hadn't received the product yet.
This was my review, based on my experience with your company and product. It was not for you to try and defend yourselves. Based on that, I have re-rated your company with a 1-star, if I could take that one away as well, then I would. Lucky you.

After 5 years of using RAWKANVAS, I'm still a dedicated fan! This brand has been a game-changer for my skin. It's consistently clear, calm, and hydrated. The ‘purifying’ cleanser and ‘Eternal’ serum are absolute staples in my routine. The quality is unmatched, and the results speak for themselves. Highly, highly recommend!

I've been using Luna Vitality and The Limelight for the past few years. My skin is now beautifully plump and moist... (according to the lady who does my occasional facials!). Paired with retinol and peptides - this is my goto skin care.
