Rawnori Reviews 

I read a lot of negative comments here, but I decided to buy from this company anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and fairness of the company. Although the shipment took longer than expected due to some logistical problems on the seller's side, the goods were shipped and delivered to me. If you order from Europe, delivery may take a long time because customs clearance is very slow in many countries. Overall, I am very satisfied and give them 5 stars. I believe this company deserves it for what they do for us and for producing high-quality raw seaweed.

Not received my order and no communication at all very bad service after payment is done 😕

Watch out!!! This company does not allow order cancelation or returns - Once they get your money, it is GONE.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product (LR Superfood Starter and Prebio Plus $56.69) from rawnori.com on amazon.com. I tried to cancel the order immediately on Amazon, but it was refused. When the order arrived I tried to return it, only to find out that it is not returnable...
Who can afford a $57 loss today? Not me...

This is a rating for their service. A product I ordered was not received by the carrier the company uses, USPS. I understand this happens, however it is extremely difficult to contact anybody at Rawnori. While waiting for a response I reported it to USPS. In the end, the package was never found. When Rawnori finally responded, they said the would send a replacement the next day along with a bamboo mat and provided a tracking number. I thought OK, how nice to add the mat for the inconvenience. A few days went by and no activity except for creating a label. Once again I attempted to contact Rawnori again. No response ever received, but the package eventually shipped. When I received the package I got the product I ordered but no bamboo mat. Sigh....I emailed them but so far no response. If you are considering a purchase, and something happens just know that they are difficult to reach. The phone number is only a recording and emails are not any quicker. And to exclude the "gift" they mentioned made the experience even more disappointing. If you can purchase the item elsewhere that provides customer service it will save you time and provide more "relief" that someone is resolving the issue for you.
