Collard Group  Reviews

Fast and easy to get a skip and take away , I had 4 in a row , only thing is prices are getting a little high , but that the same for other skip company

Great service overall. Driver helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, on time and helpful

Extremely helpful staff - easy to order and was easy to make required changes

The service was excellent throughout the process. This is my fourth skip hire from Collard Group in 2026. Booking, delivery, and collection all went smoothly. Communication with the team was also very good and prompt! I will always use Collard for skips!

Excellent service, both delivery and collection time, very helpful with any questions

Skip dropped off and collected at alloted time and no need to be at home

You provide a professional, swift service and we are extremely satisfied with Collards.

Delivery and pick up was amazing, got the skip exactly where i wanted it (not easy) and dropped it off and picked it up exactly when they said!

Very good, arrived on time and service weas excellent.

Your delivery driver is a great advert for your company, very proficient and incredibly helpful.

I needed a skip for a house clearance. The member if staff dealing with me was very helpful about what could and couldn't go in the skip. This was followed up with an email. The skip was delivered on time and the delivery driver was very helpful in placing the skip where I wanted it. Collection was straightforward. Thank you

Plenty of communication, timely delivery and very pleasant and helpful drivers!

Due to the driver being unfamiliar with the site, pressed the wrong button at the electric gate then asked for guidance from an unauthorised person and missed the fact that the gate was unlocked. He didn't take the full skip and didn't deliver the replacement skip ordered as he had none with them. We then missed the phone contact from Collards and couldn't explain the situation ourselves.
Whilst this was the combination of an unfortunate set of circumstances, the company decided to issue a wasted journey invoice which resulted in us deciding to find another company to help us handle our waste. It is baffling to us as to why a business, in these uncertain economical circumstances, decides to opt for a small fee instead of a continuous business relationship with a long established company.

People are pleasant on the phone when you call, the skip arrives on the day you've booked and pick up is always pretty good.
Drivers always do there best to get the skip where you want it too.

Got the date I needed and booking was very straightforward.

Well run & organized company with a great team
behind them. I have used them for years now and always had a great service from them.

From the first point of contact to enquire about hiring a skip to delivery and collection we received excellent service.
Hiring was easy as lady we spoke with was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Delivery driver was polite, considerate and discussed with us where we wanted the skip placed.
Collection was timely and again completed with minimal inconvenience to us!
Totally recommend Collard Group for skip hire.

Good price / good service / and good people taking telephone calls if I need a skip again I will order from you

It wasn’t a straight forward pick, but your driver was helpful and put himself out to help
