receiving a phone call about purchase and understanding the issues I had with the online purchase.

The installment coordinator dropped the ball and the installers did not come during the time schedule I was informed about. Called RC Willey and they had to call an emergency installer and the installer needed to round up his guys. The installer was not informed about my job and said this has been happening lately. The coordinator apologized and supposedly added $100 in my account there from this mishap.
However the carpet installation was great, but they semi cleaned up afterwards.

The ordering process was easy. I've not received the product yet, but so far so good.

Fabulous customer service experience

I went into RC Willey on 05/31/25 to purchase a pair of earbuds and a speaker. Zero issues and I was helped very quickly. I open and connected the earbuds to my phone to find that the right earpiece wasn’t connecting or functioning in anyway. I didn’t have time to make it back to the store to return them until 06/03/25 due to a busy work schedule. I walked up to the customer service desk and gave the representative the rundown on the issue I was having. She told me to pick another pair and they would exchange them. No issues again and the new pair worked perfectly. Very happy customer. On 06/05/25 I received a text from Rc Willey informing me that the earbuds can’t be returned due to a sticker on the side of the box was torn off during the opening of packaging. So on 06/06/25 I returned once again to the store to be told there’s nothing that can be done without the sticker and that I must take back the broken pair and return the working pair. The Electronics manager John Smith then stood at the service desk and accused me of trying to STEAL from the company by returning a product I financed through my RC Willey account. I do not appreciate being called a thief in public and around multiple witnesses and I will not ever purchase from the establishment again after being so blatantly disrespected for trying to return a faulty product back to the company that sold it to me. Now I’m out a pair of working earbuds that I’m being forced to pay for. I mean, how can I patron an establishment, whose manager called me a thief in front of uninvolved employees. I feel as though my character has been attacked and defamed publicly based on some obvious clerical error. I hope that the power trip of this John Smith was worth the $200 pair of earbuds. Sorry RC Willey but I am putting your character in question and that’s far worse than $200. After researching, I can take the earbuds directly to Apple and they have no problem processing my complaint and return. You had a chance RC Willey and John Smith failed you miserably. I would recommend rethinking future business with this company. It may have you arrested based on their own incompetence. The fact that they took the return and then recanted based on a hunch rather than common sense blows me away. Done.

I love buying furniture from RC Willey! The sales associates are always super helpful and the quality of furniture at RC Willey is always great and reliable. I know that every time I buy something from this store, I won’t be disappointed. We’ve been RC Willey customers for over a decade!

Tracie was and is absolutely amazing. I recommend everyone use her to make any flooring decisions.

in 2020 I got a mattress and love seat at a RC Willey . A different store , but a big impression . RC Willey Is a brand to trust, and return to again and again .

I came in for a gift card. The 2 ladies at the counter were clearly unfamiliar with the process to sell one. As the girl who was primarily working on mine was on her computer, she kept pulling her cell phone out under her desk and looking at it and responding to texts instead of focusing on my transaction. Then when she gave me my receipt and handed me the card, I asked her how the recipient would use it because she hadn't entered anything about the card anywhere...She ended up taking it back to the back office where someone supposedly did something although I have no proof...only my personal receipt. If I hadn't asked her if she had actually put the funds on the card, I would have handed a piece of plastic to my recipient with nothing loaded on it. I still feel like I need to call the number on the back of the card to see if has a balance but it wants me to remove the sticker on the back which will make the recipient think the card has already been used. Very disappointed.

The opportunity to exchange a piece of furniture that was delivered by you, and found with obvious damage somewhere in transit was disappointing. Calling The customer service representative was pleasant, but waiting for the que to reach me was not.
Delivery service is really nice, but waiting two to three weeks until it can be delivered isn’t so nice.

Sofa came earlier than we thought…..which actually made the arrival perfect for our move. Delivery was very early in the morning…exactly the time they told us. Two very very nice young gentlemen…very friendly and made the task seem very simple !

The sales person Jeff Vargason was very helpful and
knowledgeable about both products my wife and I bought.

Been looking online at a drop leaf 🍃 table and nice chair. Online went so smoothly, it’s harder to get a meal delivered than my table & chair. 😊
