It appears that you are confused with another provider.
We are not based in India; our registered business and office are located in Dubai, UAE. This is also mentioned on our website and on our verified Trustpilot page too. We do not have any users with the name "David Martin".

I bought server and still 2 days are waiting still and their customer service say every time şie when I send email them about confirmation

Depending on order stock, orders may get delayed. We do not overload servers hence we setup a new node and it causes delays at times, we believe reviewing us with 1 star for delays in such a situation is not fair. You can always ask us to refund your order if you wanted it urgently else we will always adjust the next due date before delivery. Requested a New Jersey RDP Windows VSP

Requested a New Jersey RDP Windows VSP. RDP Arena Support contacted me stating, "The location New Jersey that you ordered is out of stock. We can provide you with other locations in the USA." I asked for them to cancel my subscription since location requested did not work out. Less than an hour later, RDP Arena Support setup a NJ based server as requested, but its performance was horrible. I have an uneasy feeling RDP Arena will sacrifice quality of service for everyone in a datacenter as long as they continue to receive their subscription fees.

We never compromise on quality! Please contact our support and our team will change your server for free. The performance of one server does not affect the entire datacenter, It's just one server because they are different physical machines. There are many factors why your server might not work as smoothly as expected, such as:

1) Your home internet connection latency to the server location you purchased is quite high.
2) The applications you are running require higher RAM/CPU, but you have purchased a lower configuration server.

According to our records, we have increased your server's RAM, and this has sorted the issue. If this is not the case, please contact our support, and they will do everything possible to solve your issue 😊

Their response for my afiliate withdrawal has always been swift. It would really be helpful for the same speed to be applied after a service order. sometimes it take a little while for them to fully set up a order but in all impeccable service

I know people just say they had a good…

I know people just say they had a good experience but these people the company is awesome I've been using them for 2 years now and never had a issue and if i did it was my fault not theirs lol 😂 SO ....
PEOPLE OF THE WORLD THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY TO SUPPORT UR NEEDS BECOME A USER U WILL NOT REGRET IT 😃😃💪

The best service in internet

RDPArena is the best service I have tried on the internet, I have been with them for eight years, I have never had difficulties. They are always attentive to collaborate very quickly in the support.
