Before discovering the sideboard I had my eye on, I wasn't familiar with re-vive group, so the item's price made me cautious. I reached out to the team, seeking assurance of the sale's authenticity. Lucy responded promptly within an hour, providing a brief company history, a link to their Trustpilot page, and their company registration number. I then requested additional photos of the item, and they gladly provided them. I inquired about the transaction process and received another quick reply. When the item was delivered, the delivery team handled it with great care and were very pleasant. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with both the item and the company's service. Been looking for a pizza oven for a while and by chance Re-vive came up in a Google search. They had a great pizza oven at a great price .. phoned at 8 and reviewed the oven at 10.45 ..bought it at 11... they arranged a delivery for me and even found a couple of extra pieces that came with the oven . They were polite and curteous to deal with returning calls and emails in double quick time ..First class service and a great product at a great price ..highly recommended

Everything was perfect, the whole process was simple! The guys were so kind, they didn’t mind that my lift wasn’t working and was more than happy to carry it to the fifth floor! Also the products were just as described, brand new and well wrapped upon delivery. They were very careful, which I really appreciated. Thank you both!

I found Re-Vive through a Gumtree ad for a sofa and fired over a few queries. I got a quick response from Sara and she went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had and to negotiate a great delivery price. She even managed to confirm next day delivery for me even though the purchase was made last minute!

The sofa was delivered well protected and wrapped, and came exactly how it was described in their Gumtree as. Rob and his colleague (I don't recall his name, sorry!) were very accommodating when moving the sofa in to the house, I didn't really have to lift a finger myself as they did all the heavy lifting.

I found the team to be polite, courteous and professional and it was nice to have a chat with them about their growing business. I'll definitely be buying from them again and have already recommended them to some friends too.

Overall, I'm really happy with their service.

I ordered the Dwell Sturado dining table from the Revive Group. The process was smooth from start to finish. Lucy sent me additional photos of the table and the payment process was smooth. The table was delivered to my home and assembled. I highly recommend the Revive Group!

I visited Trust Pilot to purchase dining chairs. They were all very friendly and tolerant of me needing to change my mind about my choices a few times. Too many options to choose from! They are my new favourite furniture shop.

Contacted re-vive on a Saturday afternoon requesting further information with regards to the condition of dining table and delivery. Re-vive came back to us within an hour answering our queries and advised us of cost of delivery. Communication has been excellent and the table arrived the same week in excellent condition.
