EDIT: Problem solved.

I don't think I will be doing business with Reach Genius ever again.

They have accepted my payment and not sent out my order. When I reach out to them, they don't ever reply; I have tried several times.

This is poor customer service and does not make me feel confident doing business with them. I will make sure to let other people (who are thinking of buying from Reach Genius) know that they are not reliable.

Ordered Monday and received order confirmation immediately. Since then I haven't heard anything regarding tracking or even a reply to my inquiry of the current status.

Doesn't make sense to advertise "Nootropics clearance sale, up to 70% off starting in a few hours!" and then leave customers in the dark.

I rarely write any reviews but it is time to show that reachgenius started to scam their customers after building up a reputation.

Haven‘t heared anything since my last order almost two weeks ago KTUTZIOWX.

This is the THIRD time they are delaying my order for weeks. Why am I still ordering? Thats what I ask myself the first two times they tried to find excuses now they dont even respond to emails.

You are ordering something with DHL EXPRESS from them and get it TWO or THREE WEEKS later. But that isnt everything!

They even scam with the weight of their products. Bought NA SEMAX Amidate 25mg, but got only 8mg and the other one had 9mg. Other retailer always gave me MORE so they avoid giving out too little. Best of all you will never know how much you will get if you buy a pre mixed spray version of Semax.

Avoid these scamers!

I ordered some products wich not arrived as expected. After some communication problems and discussions reachgenius refunded me. So if something is wrong and gets resolved like that i am in the end happy. Thanks reachgenius for making that right.

urusel service, skickade flera mail men svaren kom sent och vart oerhört dåliga. Fick inte alls den servicen jag förväntade mig, problem med beställningen (fel produkt), lång reveranstid (ca 2 veckor) fastän jag vald DHL express.

FXFLGDWHM,okay guys this is my second review .An update over 2 weeks ago paid DHL express 26 pounds .A week later after calling a false mobile number so on site.Number of emails that were never answered .Only after posting on trustpilot did I get a reply .They told me I would get a refund for DHL.Thats over a week ago.Again no.replies on email.I but nootropics from all over the world ,this was my first time here,an absolute nitemare.The refund info was only for people to see on trustpilot.The good reviews are obv fixed
.On Monday reporting them to trading standards and will fight tooth and nail.to have them listed as a scam. a v understanding person but this has been beyond belief

Very good support, I had a problem with one of the chemicals being illegal and I have noticed it only after ordering, contacted the support and they reacted very quickly even when there were a lot of orders because there was a sale.

Usually good. Occasional hiccups with delivery/quantity but overall OK. There are better (more trustworthy, better fulfillment, better Comms) sellers but not many in the EU.

I like them! Stuff they sell works for me. Nowhere in EU I can buy such good nootropics.

no reply from customer service. I was meant to get my product 3 days ago, still nothing.
