My website includes a simple sign-in form generated by Readdy. The form is full of bugs and can only work on certain browsers, and without refreshing. It is completely unusable for 99% of people. The AI burnt through all my 'credits' over 3 days to try and fix this, but made the form worse upon each attempt. As part of the fix, the AI decided to delete the whole of my database. I have tried contacting Readdy without a response from their team. I am incredibly frustrated with Readdy at getting a simple website component to work.

I am able do create a full SAAS. Thanks to Readdy.ai. the backend gives headache. But in no time, the system is fully operational and usable. The experience is top notch.

Adorei a plataforma! Usei-a para criar meu portfólio e a IA funcionou muito bem — não tive problemas com erros, e o resultado final foi excelente. Recomendo muito! O único detalhe é que, para mim, que sou brasileiro, o preço acaba sendo alto ao converter para reais. Para os EUA, é um valor aceitável. Tirando isso, adorei a plataforma.

I loved the platform! I used it to create my portfolio, and the AI worked really well — I didn’t encounter any errors, and the final result was excellent. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that, for me as a Brazilian, the price is quite high when converted to reais. For the US, it’s an acceptable amount. Other than that, I loved the platform.

The support is non-existent. You prompt the agent it does some work tells yo it is done. You check and it's not done. You could have to prompt it 5 times and it will keep saying its done but actually done nothing.

Incredibly frustrating

This is a great platform for anyone who is looking to create a website with no formal or informal coding background. However, if you know what you want and are relatively experienced, you quickly realize it is rather limited and not that "feature-rich" when it comes to website capabilities. I truly hope this software has big plans for updates in the near future because the sheer potential Readdy has is incredible. Only time will tell!

I’m only giving this 4 stars because I know it’s new and there are a few kinks to work out and updates coming or else I’d give it 5. I’ve been in the marketing industry for 15+ years and I’ve see a lot of “AI website builders” this one is by far the best in the industry as of right now. Can’t wait to see how it advances and I’m glad I’ve gotten in early

Very disappointing experience with Readdy.ai. I subscribed to the Pro plan while working on a project. My credits were reset unexpectedly, so I purchased additional credits to keep working. Only two days later those credits were reset again.

After that, the system forced me to pay over $100 again before I could even downgrade my plan, which felt extremely unfair.

Another problem is that the platform does not connect reliably with Supabase, even though it is promoted as an integration. This made development difficult and unstable.

Overall, the billing system and platform reliability were very frustrating. I hope the company improves these issues so other users don’t face the same experience.

The word is out, Readdy.ai is the web design/development platform to build and host your website. I am not a web designer, nor do I know the first thing about programming. Yet, with Readdy's help I was able to build a decent website for my company and it went live just a week ago. This site has very robust security and that is important for any commercial operation.

I've probably spent a couple of hundred dollars testing vibe coding websites, and Readdy AI is my FAVORITE by far, and I recommend it to everyone I know. My sister in law called me this morning while I was driving to ask me to build a website for her non profit org, and she created an account and a website while we were on the phone for 18 minutes! She loved it, and I do too. There are sooooo many people with good ideas that don't know how to share their ideas with the world...I'm glad I get to help the people I can reach by telling them about Readdy AI!

Oh yeah...it worked GREAT for me! I built an amazing website that's getting rave reviews from my target audience. I wish I could give ten stars!

THE WORST ONLINE IA WEBSITE CREATOR, STUPID AND DULL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THEY GO DOWN, CAUSE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA WILL BE USED TO INFORM THE WORLD ABOUT THEIR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ASK THAT I SEND AN EMAIL TO HI@READDY..., NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OR GAVE DETAIL OF THE REFUND PROCESS, I AM TALKING ABOUT $150, I WILL SURE COME BACK IF ANY DEVELOPMENT

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Readdy.ai has been frustrating enough that I feel others should be aware.

I subscribed to their service for a business-critical website and quickly encountered major problems. The Supabase integration — which is required for core features — never connected at all. The authorization flow simply never completed. This completely blocked essential functionality from day one.

Despite repeated messages to support, the issue remained unresolved.

A Google Meet support call was scheduled to fix it. I joined on time and waited, and even contacted support while waiting. No one joined the meeting. Later, I was told the agent had been waiting for me, which was not accurate from my side. That was very disappointing.

Other recurring issues included:

• Booking date setup taking nearly a full day to resolve
• Email notifications to clients becoming unreliable
• Features working one day and failing the next
• Constant back-and-forth with support instead of clear solutions
• A pattern where fixing one issue led to another breaking

For anyone running a serious website, reliability and support matter. My experience was the opposite — instability and uncertainty.

With the kind of work I am involved in, I cannot rely on systems that are unpredictable. I ultimately moved to another provider because I could not risk my operations on unresolved platform issues.

Readdy has potential as a concept, but in my experience it was not stable enough for real-world business use. I hope they improve their reliability and support for future customers.

I'm in Venezuela right now, and we your platform saved me so many problems. So, I wanted to express that you do have an awesome product, not just for the facility of building a website in within minutes, but the territory restrictions, verifications, etc with other hosting companies have been resolved with this.

5 star experience! Get the website you want by designing it yourself with this useful partner! I gave it natural language and It came up with relevant text and images, and placed them exactly. 90% of my requests were implemented instantly and 8% worked after a few more attempts. I'm in design so was very very picky, and spent a lot of time on my exact wording and placement, but for a normal person this is even more handy.

I generally make my own websites with WordPress. I'm not a designer, a techie, or even good at doing it, but I get back. For one particular site, I needed it to be perfect and beyond: my SavingtheHoneybees.org site.
I had worked with AI on a couple different platforms in the past, and it was generally a waste of time and money. But, I was pleasantly surprised that Readdy's AI was a joy to work with. Easy, fun, and exciting, and I ended up with an awesome site for cheap money! Their AI is incredibly smart, creative, and fun to chat with. I almost wanted to date it! Even my Alexa was jealous!! LOL!

I did have one little problem, and support seemed to take forever, but I was super frustrated, and everything seemed to be in slow motion. Turns out the actual issue was on Facebook's end when I tried to share my site link, and Readdy misunderstood what I was trying to explain (hell, I don't understand my explanations much of the time). In the end, they took care of me, and I'm very impressed with the way my site came out!
