The entire process is seamless. Buying a store from them is almost a no-brianer.

Before purchasing my store, Odette Butcher helped and really assisted me in finding the right store for me.

The store was set up and ready for trading within 2 days.

But it doesn't end there... The marketing and technical support is brilliant. Response time from the team is quick. And I have had absolutely no issues at all

It is great value for money. And definitely a worthwhile investment.

Total jerks. Ordered the co-branded business and a custom niche store. Apparently telling them you want to use a current store as an example to start, with changes, is not acceptable. It's either take what they give you, or they tell you to do it yourself. So much for custom niche. The CEO does nothing but argue and not provide customer service. Not worth the effort or time for a 100% aliexpress site that you can do for almost nothing.

ReadyMadeStores are the best support group to have, they care and are very helpful every time I have a query or question. Big thank you to Natalie, Gulshanara and Shaza.

Decided to give this a go as I know online shopping is going through rapid growth at the moment. Its still early days but my Store was delivered on time and the initial support has been fantastic, so all in all my experience with RMS has been excellent and looking forward to building a great business!

I reviewed Readymade Stores the 14th of February detailing my frustration as a consumer of their products.I did get orders on my Dropship store a number of times. My frustration was that these products were never in stock from Ali Express as their websites are not dynamic (Showing Stock). Why i reviewed the company is not their inability to deliver their stores as they promise but the lack of disclosure of the origin f the products. I felt that they had an obligation as a service provider to disclose that they were using Ali Express and that would assist me making an informed decision in the purchasing process. That to me is water under the bridge.

After I submitted my review the CEO evidently angry with my action pulled my websites off from their platform. I noticed that i was offline a few days after the comments I made. I did indicate that I felt it was unfair that after paying AU $1100 they could act unilaterally and pull their hosting without any notification. As a customer you have the right to voice and share your opinion and it is unusual for a company to act all defensive and emotional as opposed to rectifying the matter amicably.

When I posted the review I was quickly hit with a very defensive email stating that I paid $1100 to avoid paying for an Australian Partners Website. Whats baffling is that I paid the above stated amount to be a Partner in South Africa which is my second residence, making their statement null and void. I also got the usual (If you do not market you will not get sales pitch). This was a side business to make it clear as I am a working Professional. I further got an offer to remove the review for a sum of AU $550 (R5500). By refusing to do so my websites which i paid for were removed. I am writing to warn future buyers of such actions and to make an informed decision. Be aware of these operators.

I wished I took some of the skepticism and negative reviews more seriously before personally starting this venture. I have invested many hours into getting the platform running to a high standard I would approve of, however the return on investment is equal to a hundred percent capital loss. I will be looking at contributing to blogs about these types of services, to elaborate more on my experience with RMS.

A great company to deal with great communication and great the team.

Avoid this company. I bought RMS partner package, but it wasn't as described in the offer email which was sent to me. Website was delivered to me in 24hr, but wasn't web secure. They denied to provide free social media marketing, but that was main reason I decide to buy it. Websites don't generate any sales as they are very basic and loading very slowly.

I recently bought a store from them, but I cannot say that I am impressed at the moment. The website loads slow, and was not fully updated.And still is not fully updated. They was some issues with broken links. Which I think these issues should all be fixed, before they hand the site over to you. I cannot fault the support, they really help you out. They have a really good knowledge base. But you have a lot to read and learn. I think if you are not tech savvy it can throw you. But again the support is really helpful. I also bought a seo package from them, I am waiting to see, if they do everything as advertised in the package.
