I've purchased a Christmas tree from Real Christmas trees for the past few years. The trees are true to size and look the part. They're delivered to your door on the date you specify and you can pay to have them taken away on the date you specify. I have never been disappointed in the tree or the service offered and would recommend - always good to use a local company too.

Update after seeing the reply:
I know he dragged the tree because I could see it through the huge windows as I was working near the reception of the building. At the entrance he was on the phone with someone else, he was not trying to reach me. And as well, he dragged the tree through the reception and corridors (with me). Part of the tree (branches) were already out with a teared net, since he was in front of the building. I do not want to get your calls or resolve this issue because whatever you can do it would be to take this tree out of the apartment and take another inside, and this process was already a huge mess and had consequences on my side from the building management. Moreover, I do not need your sarcasm in your answers. I know perfectly well you cannot fully control the size of the tree, but for your information, this one is closet to 6ft than it is closer to 5ft. Your company should be more professional both in deliveries and in costumer service. You make costumers even more upset.

Terrible service for delivery. Terrible sense of costumer service by the van driver.
The tree doesn’t arrive properly conditioned and wrapped, or it got destroyed because it was DRAGGED through the street, side walk, hallways in the building, entrance/reception and then to my apartment through the lift. Nevertheless, it wasn’t enough wrapped as I see only 2 thin mesh layers. Due to this it dirtied everything along the way in the building and I got into trouble with the property manager. Moreover, the tree is much taller (probably 6ft), but I ordered a 5ft, and it doesn’t at all look like the image in the website, it looks more a fraser than a nordmann). I won’t even bother to request a change or anything to this company as I do not want to deal with them anymore. I am ao super distressed with all this experience. I believe their delivery terms don’t suit everyone.

This is my 3rd year in a row getting my tree from here. Such an easy process to order online with free delivery! Tree is always outstanding!

Tree arrived today oh my what a beautiful tree it’s going to look outstanding once decorated.
One negative I tried to order my tree by phone but was told to do it online but as an older person I like to speak to someone

They delivered the tree on time but this year they did not help us put the tree into the stand for us.
