Very rigid process . Tough to deal with. They refused to call me to discuss issue. I paid for 25 photos I sent them email showing what I paid for and they only let me post 6 photos. They forced me to have to choose between getting my listing active on Friday or uploading more photos. I was forced to upload only 6 photos I didn’t want to miss this weekend with active listing. They said they are going to charge me $100 at later date to upload more photos.. they up charge for everything. I’m not planning on recommending or using them anymore in the future

Thus far it's been a good experience.They have responded promtly to our questions and concerns and the staff had been curtious and and has guided well through the process of selling our home. MLS posted well but the text link on the for sale sign provided does not work. There is no response to text messages sent requesting photos and info.

The listing address was incorrectly put on the MLS and the owner’s public remarks were left out of the listing..

Unfortunately my listing never appeared on Zillow and other major home search websites. I never got the exposure for my listing. Buyers do search those major home search websites. Not worth the time and money.

I highly recommend for excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Karen is an excellent realtor with a wealth of knowledge and always prompt!!

I was referred to Realmart by a friend who had success with selling his property through them. The website was very easy to navigate through and my house hit the mls within 24 hrs after I completed the applications. I had my first showing a few hrs after it listed. So far so good.

I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process. I even made a couple of listing errors and updates that were addressed in less than an hour after making the request. I don't often write reviews but while doing my due diligence I found it hard to get good feedback on flat fee brokers in general so I figured I would write something...these guys did exactly what they said they would do...I'm pleased and plan to use them on my next project as well

Good service, pretty responsive and organized

Easy process, great resources and responsive customer service. Our listing sold in 6 days for asking, so all in all a good experience. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the MLS listing erroneously stated that it may be a short sale, despite us checking the NO box on the listing documents we submitted. They did correct it quickly and it did not affect us getting a great response and quick sale.

Super service, always helping me sell houses. Anyone can do this, you don't need any special skills just need to be able to click a mouse and type in a form. Save thousands and sell your own home!
