This was maybe the easiest process I could have hope for. There was always a contact person to answer my questions and were very quick with their responses. Contracts were easy to read! Everything was done electronically. I would definitely recommend this company. Sold my house in 2 weeks!!

After a solid, consistent relationship with Realmart, my rep ended up sneaky and unprofessional. When a client’s contract was close to expiring, and the property hadn’t sold (although we got them offers that the board ultimately rejected) the Realmart rep went directly to the seller, and spoke negatively about me as an agent, to get the listing for herself and cut me out off their deal I had been working on. The rep wasn’t privy to the backstory holding the listing back because it fell under agent-client confidentiality. Not did she know of the close relationship I had with the seller. The client told me everything the rep had done. It was unprofessional and the reason brokers have a bad reputation. I wouldn’t use Realmart again nor would I recommend them to others.

I was not happy at all from my 1st to my last interaction with Realmart and their employees. They were not knowledgeable enough to handle the transaction and were rude to me at almost every interaction as well as rude to employees in my attorney's office. I tried to get out of working with them when they would not list my property on MLS with the information I had given them. When I said this, they said it was too late it's already listed. They had been hounding me for information that did not exist but then all of a sudden it was fine. They did not understand the way taxes are paid in the city of Buffalo and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about but it was them that did not understand.

They also did not forward the real estate agent's bill to either my attorney or the buyer's attorney that I was required to pay until after the closing had occurred. They were threatening to me when I filed my paperwork with them to have the listing changed to closed because I didn't have the agents commission on it. My closing statement had to be revised due to their negligence.

I was selling my house as a FSBO and all I wanted from them was to have the house listed on MLS.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was a little hesitant about selling fsbo . I was confused at times about forms and the like. I was happy to get help from the people at Realmart. Needless to say it all went together almost painlessly. I hope to use them again sometime.

Realmart is the way to go! It was so easy to work with Realmart, we sold our house quickly and without any problems. Using Realmart saved us time and money.

I used Realmart to list my home (in northern Westchester County, NY) on the MLS. I found them very helpful and efficient. Best of all, because of the listing, I had multiple offers in three days of listing my home! I could not have been happier. As long as you don't mind coordinating showings with real estate agents, which is great because you do it on your schedule, there is no reason that I know not to use Realmart. I would absolutely use them again.

If you know your market area, and you know the basic real estate transaction procedures, but you simply need to have some assistance in MLS listing and a professional realtor to denote that you are a serious seller, then this is a great site and service.

I had an excellent experience with Realmart. If you want to sell your home on your own and without a realtor, Realmart is the answer. You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!
