I am sorry to say, but from 25 data leads 20 of them with with incorrect data( phone or email)

I don't think I will be using his service.
Wasting time and MONEY.

Atchuta and his team have been amazing. The quality of the data they provide is excellent and just what I need for my business. More importantly, however, I feel is their customer service. Atchuta is always incredibly quick to respond, and always goes above and beyond on his end to help with whatever you need. I'll be a loyal customer as long as I'm in real estate!
