This is a joke of a company. I was done bashing this company until today when a tub of pre workout showed up in my mailbox. I've never even ordered pre workout from these scam artists. It was even a order number not pertaining to me. They scammed me out of over $280 in clothing from May of 2025 and almost a year later they send me a tub of pre workout. Don't ever spend your money with these bozos

All of the reviews are true. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my order with 0 response. Asked for a refund multiple times with no communication at all. I’ve probably reached out close to 20 times now. Waste of time. Scam.

Ordered 3rd week of September, was supposed to ship 2nd week of October. Forgot about the whole thing, January contacted them again and would be shipped out, February, shipper notified of parcel. Contacted them again; no reply since.
I have had enough and wanted to try this pre-workout but their customer service is non existent, they take the money and don't send or care about your parcel.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!

Ordered 2 tubs of pre workout months ago, never arrived and then you try and contact them through customer service and that doesn’t work either. Haven’t received products after months of wait scam company do not buy products!

Everything is going wrong at this company. I have been waiting for my order for months and it is not arriving. I have also tried to contact the company many times, but the times they do respond, they promise that my order is on its way, but that is not the case. They are pure scammers.

Appalling customer service and delivery time.

I received multiple emails across a 10 week timespan stating it has been posted.

I tried to contact them via email, no response. I then messaged the Get Reaper instagram account, again incredibly poor response time.

Do not buy any products it will come extremely late and miss products that should have came. Just like the wrist wraps that were missing when it finally arrived. Ordered on 16/01/26, arrived 28/03/26.

Placed an order 2 months ago. Emailed customer support three separate times with no response, then commented multiple times on his Instagram asking what was going on only to have the comments deleted and blocked. Commented from a separate account and he DMd me calling me a liar, threatened me and then blocked me. Don’t waste your time or support this clown

I have waited for 5 months and nothing has occurred. They keep sending me emails about offers and deals, I was supposed to get 2 tubs of pre, a shirt and straps. Lousy service, never order from them

Bought this back in early december and till this day it hasn’t come despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Ordered on October 23. Did not get delivered. Took insane amounts of effort to get a response from baker or the team. Said that it was refunded - no it was not. Finally took it up with my bank and after like 1.5 months the bank got me my money back. Most disgraceful company of all time. Customer support was also rude - talking like a roadman. Save yourself months of confusion and just don't buy from here.
If you are here after buying - contact your bank for a charge back.

messaged baker on instagram he said 2 weeks ago i would get a refund, still no refund and now he is not answering my dms.

Scam, ordered 2 tubs of licked pre-work out and still waiting for it to arrive a 6 weeks later. Sent an email and engaged with the online chat with no response. Sent baker a DM on insta and he said it was all sorted but no follow up or update from the store. Avoid this snake oil trash.

I ordered 3 months ago and still haven’t received anything. I got countless emails saying my order had been shipped, but nothing ever arrived. I even messaged him on Instagram and surprisingly got a reply he said he would issue a refund and get the order shipped out. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received the order or the refund. Really disappointing experience.

Placed an order 5 weeks ago. Multiple emails. No responses. Disgraceful and disappointing that someone in the community can promote a brand like this.

Absolutely disgusted by this company waited just over 4 weeks now and emailed there sales for tracking info or a update and had no reply, I picked this guy to spend my hard earned money with because I like hes content and what hes about, instead its looking like I've been robbed as just being ignored, lesson learned i guess stick to well known established companies or just throw your money in the bin and then use a proper company

Placed my order on December 19th 2025 and we are now March 13th 2026 and still nothing! They hardly reply to emails I’ve had mine ignored for weeks. The last email saying it’s on its way’ your order details and tracking information’ what a LIE! I have NEVER experienced customer service like this before and this is absolutely disgusting treatment from a company. I want my money back! It’s a scam and they have taken my money, ignored my messages and lied! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

18 dec 2025 I ordered pre workout for about 60 euro’s, but still after 3 months nothing arrived. It’s so sad too see. I tried contacting the customer service but no reply and nothing received at my place.

Absolutely shocking experience. I placed an order on the 4th of February and spent £53, and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Since then, I’ve sent numerous emails asking for an update on where my order is. Each time I was given empty promises that it would be sorted, and now I’m being completely ignored.

This is an absolute disgraceful way to treat a paying customer. There has been no proper communication, no resolution, and no sign of the order I paid for.

A big lesson learned for me. I strongly urge anyone thinking about ordering from this company to think twice and read the reviews first, because they all say the same thing about how poorly customers are treated. Avoid the hassle and spend your money somewhere that actually values its customers.

Ordered it on the 7th of Jan got many emails saying order was shipped and to check my email nothing to be found, I emailed them saying Whens my order coming and then got a tracking code that didn’t even work, so then I emailed them countless more times saying that the tracking code doesn’t work and they never got back to me I asked the gym reaper himself for a refund and he said he’d sort it out that was almost 3weeks ago and still no refund cant believe this is how he treats his fans a complete joke of a company

Absolutely pathetic, do not touch. Been a month since my order, Zero communication. Con Artists. Reported them to trading standards.
