It was great until I inquired about a missing check. I sent about five or six inquires over the last two months but still don't have a replacement check or response why it wasn't sent.

Horrible website and company , they scam you by lying and saying they mailed checks out to you only for you never to receive your money. Then I ordered merchandise from a seller, I was given the wrong merchandise, contacted customer service about the issue and they didn't even care. Don't waste your time. It's ok, I have new legit site that's way better than this one higher referral bonuses plus more!

Have been with this company for a few years, they have paid me without fail for that time, which is now over 10k over the years. With any company, I wouldn't tie up a ton of money, get paid out regularly because even billion dollar companies can fail.

Did exactly what I was suppose to do, never got paid back. Waited the time it said and wouldn't work so contacted them and get told a total dif time limit thats way further out then what it said at signing up, wait that time and try again but still recieved nothing and couldn't get proper help so had to take the loss because i was done dealing with it.

Customer support is non existent. I have a campaign that is paused by admin for no obvious reason, contacted their customer support without an answer for 3 days. Please stay away from this company!

Great website and deals. Would be a bit more helpful if before you redeem a deal it’s posted with bold font if you can or can use subside and save or coupons

Rebaid has been great for saving money and trying new products risk-free. I especially love the abundance of pet-related items as it gives my precious doggy a variety of new snacks to try. I have several things I've purchased repeatedly now because of Rebaid so it seems good for sellers too. The only issues I have had were with checks I've received having trouble scanning for mobile deposits. That's okay and may be an issue on my end. Thanks, Rebaid!

Rebaid is quick and easy to use. I had an issue once with not receiving my check (I think it was lost in the mail), and their customer service resolved the issue quickly and without any hassle.

Support guy Scott W might be the worst customer service agent I have ever had to deal with. It has been nearly 2 months since I was owed 80+ dollars and they continue to not send me out a check. Claiming they did not I never received it. Good ol Scott here encouraged me to leave a review so I am. I hope people see this and stay away. This company is a scam and they will not pay you back.

I was skeptical at first and only ordered one product. I then received my check and now I I get my dog food for free and their vitamins for free. Can’t beat that!

I mistakenly submitted wrong order number can't contact seller to let him know it's just difficult to contact anyone on this site I lost my rebate because of that and can't even return the order because return window is closed by the time they let me know that the order number i submitted is incorrect. This is frustrating

I received my first rebate check in the mail for a lesser amount than expected. I reached out via the zendesk on the website and haven’t received any response back. Very frustrated and upset. Lost trust in this site. The only way to contact them is by submitting a ticket, which I also don’t like because you can’t keep track of it like in an email box. You don’t even get a confirmation email or receipt of request, so there’s no way to know it went through.

I love getting on Rebaid and seeing all the great deals on things. Trying new products is very fun and I enjoy the website. The only recommendation is when it says the item will be available at 11am cst for example. I get on at 11 and it's still not available CST time.

I can’t get it not my acct due to 2 factor verification not working . Not recognizing my phone. I’m pretty mad since I was trying to redeem an offer and now I can’t.

They never paid me. Its been over 6 weeks, they took my banking info multiple times and marked them as "paid" but nothing is in my bank. I have sent numerous emails in and help tickets but aside from the auto reply no one ever answered me back and nothing was fixed.
