When A Company Refuses Your Friendly Email ...
When a company totally refuses to respond to a decent and carefully written inquiry asking for information with the intent of becoming a customer, as I did with rebasedata.com, I can only assume one of the following:
1) They are too busy. In that case, forget them, as they have disrespected you and will probably do so again after they take your money.
2) They have no interest and are a front for another business, in which case, run far away.
3) They have no idea how to respond to customers and lack basic business practices.
4) The business reps do not understand English well enough or are too lazy to use Google Translate to foster a simple reply.
5) They are in the process of closing their business and don't care about much at all.
6) They are bigoted against nationals from the country where you are currently residing, even if you are an American like myself
7) There are a few other reasons, but it's not important. If the company, such as rebasedata.com refuses to answer your email, then they may not be worthy of your business. Stay away at all costs because even if they do eventually reply or even reply to this review, they could lie and pretend with some lame excuse. There is no good excuse. Believe me.
