I would highly recommend Rebate my tax, I used them recently to complete my self assessment and they provided excellent customer service and managed the process quickly and efficiently.

I never gave any of my details to this company, I just downloaded the app.
They sent me messages, emails, I just ignored and deleted the app.
Now I received a letter fro. HmRC to use a code for an authorised agent. I never shared any details with them or gave any authority to deal with HMRC in my name.
Be careful, this looks a total scam. How can they find my details and try to use it whiteout my permission? This is absurd.
And worst, I just received an email from Trustpilot, they flagged me for defamatory content, of course they will not admit they are using people’s information without permission. I waited 46 minutes to call HMRC to report this company.
They are trying to make Trustpilot delete my review, they only have 5 reviews and all good? I think they use the system accusing to be a suspicious review to have it deleted, like they did with my review.

Dan is fantastic. I was wrongly given some fines by hmrc and he appealed them and got me a proportionately great rebate! He kept me updated all the way and will be using rebate my tax again next year.
