Great customer service and great products

I love it! The rebounder is sturdy, doesn’t shift or make noise when exercising on it. And I can get equivalent to a sprint workout in place of jogging to reduce the wear and tear on my joints.

My rebounder’s bungees had begun to fray here and there and I made an inquiry over the website to determine which bungees I needed to purchase for replacing. Liza was so helpful to ask what had been happening to the bungees, which apparently were still under the 1-year warranty. After sending her a few pictures of the frayed bungees, the company decided to send me all 32 brand new bungees. This was wonderful and unexpected and I truly appreciate the supply given. She was very helpful and her response was also very timely. I appreciate the customer service. We do love our rebounder and use it daily!

This arrived crazy fast! 4 days and it was on my doorstep. That's impressive. It was very easy to open and set up except that 2 of the springs had come loose. They do include a thin piece of wire for fixing the springs but it's a joke. Nobody is going to pull those springs back into place with what comes with it. The instruction booklet didn't give any information on how to reattach so YouTube to the rescue! Sheesh! That took some muscle. I replaced a 55" Amazon rebounder with this one and this one is a huge improvement! Very sturdy and the mat doesn't dip in the middle. My feet feel much better after exercising. Overall very happy with my purchase. Only gave a 4 star because I've just received it so not sure how it will hold up over time but the quality is good so I'm thinking it'll be around for many years.

The rebounder bar for my 40inch rebounder fit perfectly. With the adjustable handle height is nicely done . The cushioned handle is comfortable. Happy with this product

I bought this to replace a worn out rebounder that I bought for $100 many years ago. I never had issues with all the legs of my cheap rebounder hitting the floor, but I am struggling with this rebounder that I spent hundreds of dollars on. Leveling the legs feels like something that the company should be handling before they ship them.

My wife and I have been rebounding religiously for 3-4 years now. In that time we have gone through 3 different "bargain" rebounders. We figured it was time to spend a few bucks on one and what a difference! The rebounder is rock solid, a good size (we went with the 44" model), but what made the decision for us over others at this price point was that when I had questions regarding replacement bungees (which have been VERY necessary with the other rebounders we went through), they answered my question very quickly and did not take that opportunity to inundate my inbox with spam (as opposed to another manufacturer at this price point - that never even responded to my question). Very professional.

I am hoping not to have any reason to contact customer service, but it is very good to know that if I do, I will be heard.

I’ve had a FitBouncePro for years and use it daily. Within the last year it had started squeaking a lot. This year whilst using it at 6am on my patio it made me cringingly aware of the increased cacophony is was making and my poor neighbours.
I emailed the company and received a quick and super helpful response from Liza. After several emails and me moving the bungees she offered a replacement mat as a solution.
I am happy to report I now have a squeak free bounce.

I ordered through Amazon but still felt I had the support of the Rebound Fitness company. They have a very helpful website. Once I had set it up, the equipment is really sturdy and well made. Great to use. However I had imagined it would be easy to fold up and put away, as it is it’s quite tricky to set up, let alone take up and down with each use. I had to get a friend to help open it out as it was so stiff with the bungees. So I have it out all the time in my living room, which does encourage me to use it more. It was bigger than I thought as well but that’s my fault for not noting the size. And actually it does need to be that big. I gave it 4 stars even so as it is a great piece of kit.

I have had an excellent experience with the Rebound Fitness customer support. They were very friendly and helpful. I love the Rebound Fitness trampolines and now also their customer support. I'll continue to buy their products because I know I'm ordering from a good company.
