Finally something helps
This is the first thing that has helped my coat hanger (neck and shoulder muscular) pain in a decade. I use it twice weekly and can tell when I haven't used it in longer than 4-5 days.
My PT used it on me and it helped me enough I bought my own device to use at home. I trusted her knowledge to buy a worthy product.

Med FlexBeam trenger jeg ikke lenger hjelp fra kiropraktor. Smerter i nakke og skuldre smelter vekk effektivt med behagelig varme og rødlys. Sover også bedre, dypere. Elsker naturlig behandling som kun gir helsen et løft, ingen uheldige bivirkninger. Bruker FlexBeam på kvelden i ca 20 min, 5-6 dager i uken. Beste investering i 2025!

My Flexbeam review
The Flexbeam is helpful for my lower back and also for gut issues. I use it everyday.
You could improve the device by giving the user a choice of 10 or 20 or 30 minutes instead of just 10.
Also the battery should be improved. I need to recharge it after every 6 of my 10 minute sessions. For me that means I have to recharge it at least once a day. It seems that it should last at least 5x that long.
Also the price is quite expensive in my opinion compared with other red lite products on the market.

Regarding the session length, the 10-minute limit is actually a key feature of our design. Our research into photobiomodulation shows that 10 minutes per area is the optimal amount of time to trigger a positive biological response without over-stimulating the tissue. Like any effective treatment, consistency is more important than duration!
When it comes to the battery, FlexBeam uses high-intensity LEDs to ensure the light reaches deep into the tissue, which requires a lot of power. However, we truly value your input. We are constantly working on further product development, and improving battery capacity is something we are looking into for future versions.
We also appreciate your feedback on the price. FlexBeam is built to much higher quality and safety standards than standard red light panels. It is designed as a professional-grade recovery tool, and we believe the price reflects the advanced engineering and testing required to ensure it is both safe and effective for daily use.

Rødlysterapi (fotobiomodulering) fungerer slik at cellene trenger tid og kontinuerlig bruk for å respondere. For mange kreves det jevnlig behandling over lengre tid før man merker de store forbedringene. Hvordan du plasserer apparatet er også sentralt i forhold til det spesifikke problemet man vil å behandle.

I loved using the flex beam, it definitely helped with pain. Unfortunately the battery quit and the replacement only lasted a short time. However, the company went out of their way to provide a satisfactory
Conclusion. They were always responsive to my concerns and questions. Great customer service.

Takk for at du deler. Skjønner godt at det er frustrerende når enheten plutselig slutter å fungere. Noen ganger kan defekt enhet skyldes feil bruk, f.eks. at man er uheldig og bruker feil lader, som dessverre var tilfellet her.
Vi ser at du allerede har vært i kontakt med kundeservice, og da skal du være i de beste hender. Vi har ordninger for reparasjon eller utskifting av enheten, litt avhengig av hva som er feil med den og kundeservice hjelper deg gjerne videre.

Great follow-up customer service and correspondence
Used the Flex Beam for less than a year and then the battery would not charge. Contacted the help line and an actual person responded and walked me through the process of sending a short video of the problem.. sent the system back, company sent me a shipping label. the return was easy and no cost to me. The unit was returned within 2 weeks and during that time there was consistent communication about the status of the shipment. Best customer service I've received in years. Highly recommend this company.
