After a disastrous day at the tail end of 4 years of poor treatment by dealerships, I reluctantly called Reclamet to collect my car for scrap. They offered me a decent price, and arranged collection around me! After collection there were a couple of enquiries that needed sorting; every member of staff I spoke to was so lovely and obliging. Could not be happier. I know that they will profit from my car but I’m happy for that to happen and while I hope, in the nicest way possible that I don’t have to use them again, I would definitely recommend

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company that really does what it says it does on the tin so we’ll.
Scrapped my daughters car this morning collected without any fuss by a professional polite driver.
Then needed info off the V5 phoned and was helped out straightaway two professional women.
Paid out instantly.

Not having scrapped a car before I was unsure of the process. Reclamet were superb, right from the initial telephone call providing a quote they were extremely professional and helpful, the car was collected at the time agreed and the process was so straight forward. The funds were paid into my bank on the same day and the communication at all times was first class. Thank you for making the process so easy for me!

Absolutely faultless, professional service from start to finish. Emails to Sian were usual answered within 30 minutes, and she was able to answer questions on the spot, in contrast to TfL, who generally needed 10 working days to respond to even the most basic queries. As time was short to provide evidence of the car being scrapped, pickup was arranged to be the first collection of the following day, and the certificate of destruction was in my email inbox, and the agreed payment in my bank account, by the end of that same day. I cannot recommend Reclamet highly enough.

Sometimes it's not what you do, but how you do it. Kris arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He was probably one of the most lovable people we've met. His infectious character gave us the confidence and reassurance that the service reclamet offer was going to be good. What a wonderful man,and thank you for your excellent service.

From the second I made a quote to the second they picked my car up, they were very helpful, understanding and very co-operative! Even had to cancel last minute to the next day and it wasn't an issue for them! Got paid the same day they collected the vehicle and was an easy exchange! Definitely recommend!

From the very first call for a quote I was very impressed. Polite, friendly and very fast. They also gave the best quote for my car. Above all comparison sites.
The driver called 45 mins before arrival as they were I had school runs. Again he was polite and friendly.
The office emailed me by 4.30pm the same evening with my receipt and the money was in my bank the same day.
The whole thing was faultless. I would most definitely recommend and use again.
