Bought an E-Rig for a friend but was unwanted the lovely people at RVS refunded me once the device was returned with no problems

I purchased my device on 27 July 2025 and everything worked well at the beginning. However, the inner glass has now broken unexpectedly, without any accident, drop, or misuse on my side. Considering the device is still well within the one-year warranty, I kindly request a replacement or a clear solution.

I chose Recommended Vape Supplies because of their good reputation and trust in the quality of service, so I believe this issue can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Picked up a Thermal Twist from here and couldn’t be happier. Great purchase at a good price, delivery was really quick, and the owner was super friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend!

You know what you're getting here no cheap thrills only the best and highly recommended stuff so eliminates having to shop around, I've spoken to the owner via email and he's very helpful and knowledgeable I bought the V2 globe which is amazing and will be getting another couple ie the chug a jug which he actually made for himself first, what a legend 5* all day long

Been using RVS for 6 months or so now and I have to say this is the best online "vape" shop I have dealt with. Any issues with purchases are addressed immediately and any problems I have had have been sorted out very quickly.

Amazing company! Brought a item and next day it was on sale. I sent a email joking about and trying to get a free sticker :) instead they sent me a £15 gift voucher!!
