Very robust product.
Nice product, very heavy and looks like it will last well beyond the 25 year guarantee period. No need to fix to floor due to the heavy weight. Delivery was quick and pain free. Easy to put together but perhaps instructions could be a little more detailed as our handyman had to think it through and he doesn't usually blink before getting started.

Best picnic bench in the World!
I ordered a recycled picnic bench with backing support and was told the item would take 4-6 weeks to manufacture. After a week the wonderful news broke that it was already ready for delivery. I have been impressed with how well organised and good of a service this company can provide. I am so grateful.

Great sturdy furniture
This is the second 2m long picnic bench I have bought from NBB. First one is still going strong out in my front garden after 7 years. 2nd one is for my back garden after a cheap wooden one finally gave up! I highly recommend this very sturdy furniture, its well worth the extra price over wooden ones. Very easy to assemble and extremely easy to keep clean too. The bolt connections they provide are actually better than my first bench I bought.
I have had many neighbours ask where I got my first one, so I would show them the small green and white NBB badge on the side of my first bench, but my 2nd bench did not have this badge. Maybe missing out on free advertising NBB?🤣.
I very much like that this furniture is made from recycled plastic and is the main reason for my 2nd purchase. However, one other minor niggle was my new bench came partially built on a wooden pallet which included a spare strip of grey and black recycled plastic panel. This seemed to be a considerable amount of waste as they are no use to me and a waste of all the energy used to manufacture these. Surely NBB could use some cheaper packing materials to send products.

Excellent product but assembly instructions could be improved
The product was delivered on time. This is an excellent product that was basically straightforward to assemble. I deducted one star for 2 reasons. Firstly the assembly instructions were not totally clear. There are 2 chair right sides but they are not identical. Same is true for the and 2 chair left sides. You need to assemble them so that the fixings to join to the triangular table are on the exterior of each chair. Secondly there are pre drilled pilot holes underneath to secure the seats into the chairs. These pilot holes did not line up with the holes. I had to drill new pilot holes.
The end result however is fantastic. Looks great and is very sturdy,

Putting it together wasn’t brilliant, instructions were not that clear to me. The support structure/legs did not work out per instructions, so we had to put them on independently.

Easy to deal with. Have not assembled it yet but it looks substantial and a good finish. Like the idea of recycled plastic bottles. Helps the environment. As we are getting older the idea of maintenance free garden furniture appeals.
